"We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak...

"Nice 4 bed/4 bath option. Clean. Location was convenient to see the historical sites in Philly. Very convenient to have a garage as on street parking is slim pickings!!! Wonderful rooftop area!! Owner notified us ahead of time that, due to heavy rains, the townhouse had a leak. The roof was replaced, but they were still working on acquiring new replacement furniture. "Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby.
