"It was close to Five Points and the train was surprising at first but after the initial shock it was not an issue. Thx for the ice trays and pitcher with filtered water. Really liked the shower and water pressure. We didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving thankfully, the parking area is tight but grateful for parking. "

"Although the property inside is very nice, new and all the amenities, the location is awful. It is at a very busy intersection - I mean my bedroom was right on the sidewalk. And it is right across from the entrance to an emergency room, so ambulances all night. It felt like sleeping in the middle of the Indy Speedway. "The facility was perfect for our situation. We were in the process of moving and it had plenty of room for all of our luggage and extra items and boxes. Also, the parking was just right for our cars and eventually the trailer we had later on AND a plus was the fact we could bring our 2 dogs! The only issue I would reconsider next time is the location was not in the best of locations. It was really close to the hospitals but just outside the downtown area.
