Absolutely wonderful experience. Free parking downtown is so helpful. Close to lots of restaurants making dinner a breeze. The place was so clean and welcoming. I would recommend this place and host to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown.

Perfect stay for our college tour. Great location, extremely clean and Melissa’s instruction were clear and particular. Wonderful to not have to worry about a parking spot when so conveniently located to nice local spots! Great host!

My Cool BFF's spot in Columbia ;) This totally feels like a CLEAN friend that has a sweet place downtown. Melissa's directions are THOROUGH and SO helpful, parking is great (although you are on the top deck - still free but good to know), the place is CLEAN (and we have mold issues so we look for things most would not) and everything is well - appointed. Good to know: bring a mask if nighttime lights bother you - I loved the privacy of the shades that let light in but they are not room darkening. Mask is easy :) Bring pods for coffee as 2 are kindly provided and I meant to pack more. Everything else is thoughtful and perfect to see so much in Columbia. Plenty of towels and blankets. We walked right over to the State House for an event. Felt safe and wish we'd had time to go up on the roof or gym...next time! Plus we slept HARD which was fab :)Only thing I would ask for is maybe an upgraded shower head...can't do much about water pressure in a building but pretty sure there are options on amazon that would give you a bit more oomph. Overall FANTASTIC stay and will bookmark for next time and totally recommend!

The check-in process is rather cumbersome, especially for those not using the parking spot. The location was nice and the room was comfortable. However, all the windows look out onto park garages that are lit all night, so the room is quite bright at night. I was grateful that I brought a sleeping mask with me; other guests may want to do the same.

Perfect location for USC graduation

Everything from booking, to communication, to check-in/check-out was easy and efficient. This apartment is a perfect location for visiting campus -- when we were leaving, my husband said, "I can't believe we didn't find this place until graduation weekend!". Had it not been pouring rain, it would have been an easy walk to graduation ... so, we took a 12 Lyft instead (shared that bit to showcase just how close it was!).Easy walk to restaurants. When we received the detailed parking instructions/directions, it seemed a bit daunting. Nope! -- follow the instructions and it will be easy-peasy. It's not a direct shot from the parking spot to the apartment, but the elevator is really close to both -- we're stubborn folks, so we got everything transported in one trip, and it really wasn't that hard!Industrial loft vibe to the building and apartment. Incredibly quiet -- we never heard a single noise from neighbors, the elevator, or from outside.Other reviews have mentioned how comfy the bed is, and here's the thing - you either love memory foam mattresses, or you don't. Turns out that we don't. Having said this, we slept really well the 3 nights we were there. Well appointed kitchen, stocked with everything you would need (and more, actually!). Great sized bathroom. Seriously, our only regret is that we didn't find this place 4 years ago when our kid first started at the university.

Central to everything

I absolutely loved everything about this stay, the loft was cute and clean! The snacks were so thoughtful! It’s central to everything downtown, just a couple minutes walk to the soda market area.
