We appreciate your response. We agree that it would be better to have more than 1 entrance to our property but the City of Lufkin doesn't see it that way. Also, we do offer free coffee for your rooms just not in our lobby or bistro area. We look forward to serving you again in the future.

We are sorry for the condition of your room, however we are renovating 30 rooms at this time hoping to make your next visit a much better one. We apologize for the front desk personnel having problems as she was newly hired and is still learning. Our Bistro business has picked up considerably and therefore we are experiencing times when we are low on certain items. This is not planned and at times we are waiting on deliveries.
