Nothing but amazing things to say about our stay! The house has an amazing view of Lake Michigan and a well groomed path to get down to the beachfront. The hike back up is strenuous, but not long. Make sure to bring everything you need the first time, so you don’t have to make a second trip up. Plenty of space on both floors of the house to comfortably fit everyone and the bedrooms are tidy and clean with the upstairs ones having a great view of the Lake. Shawn and Naomi are very responsive leading up to and throughout the stay. I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect LDW with extended family. This house is amazing. Super clean, so well appointed with everything from kitchen supplies to beach toys and all in between. Every amenity you could think of! Tons of games inside and out to keep everyone entertained. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. Highly recommend this home! It was a perfect stay and we will be back!
Kayaks and SUPs to use. Perfect water conditions.

We gathered as a family of grandparents, parents and grandchildren (17 people ranging in age from 11 -82). The house and property offered something for everyone with a variety of interests and abilities. Small steps onto the porch and the ramp down to the pool helped with accessibility. We played video games, rode the stationary bikes while watching movies, enjoyed the pool (set to 90 degrees by request) and hot tub, played disc golf at the course across the street, and soaked in the views from the porch and the beach. The poolside shower was amazing. The hosts were responsive to every request, including delivering supplies to our door when they ran out mid-week. The large kitchen space on the main floor made it easy to prepare meals for a crowd (we didn't even need to use the basement kitchen) and everyone had tons of space to get ready for the day with all the bathrooms throughout the house. Most of all, we had a luxurious, relaxing, fun-filled, joyous time together in a beautiful, quiet home. 10/10 would recommend!

This house and rental experience is one of the best that myself and my group have ever had. The house is absolutely immaculate, no detail is forgotten, perfect for kids and families (baby gates, alarms, toys, high chairs, etc). The view is out of this world, the beach is stunning, the pool is PERFECT! Shawn and Naomi are incredibly responsive and helped us so quickly with every question and request during our stay — they are amazing. Cannot wait to make this an annual trip. The only thing to consider is the bugs and bees. You just have to be very careful by the pool and know that a few stings might happen. The fruit flies were maintained and Shawn and Naomi helped us there too.

The lake view from the house is stunning! House was fantastic for our family vacation, and Shawn and Naomi were highly responsive throughout. The house was also very well stocked with everything you’d think you may need and more. We hope to stay here again!

We just finished our stay here for a week, we have a large family with 5 granddaughters- we rent houses often and I will say without question this was the best house we have ever rented! It was set up and stocked like no other! We were all so impressed with the quality of the house, beds, towels, pool, hot tub, beach toys, paddle boards, I could go on and on.First rate rental, beautiful scenery, quite location and great sunsets! Rent this house, you will be glad you did.!

This lake house was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at home. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked with drinks, which was such a nice surprise after a long drive. The view from the deck is absolutely breathtaking—mornings with coffee overlooking the water were a daily highlight. The house itself is beautifully maintained, super clean, and packed with every amenity you could want: two fully loaded kitchens, including kids plates and cups, comfy beds, fast WiFi, a hot tub, a stroller, an air mattress, a grill, and even a cozy fire pit for outdoor s’more’s.We also loved how well-equipped the house was for lake fun—beach towels, chairs, paddleboards, kayaks, and even sand toys for the kids were all provided. Having everything we needed right there made our stay stress-free and relaxing.Truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to come back!

Fall Break Getaway

We looked at several homes during our October Break and so happy we chose this one. The heated pool was amazing in October. Lewis Farms was a huge hit with the kids. Ludington State park hikes to see all the amazing changing colors. This house was perfect for the 4 families - plenty of space, fully stocked and just so comfortable all around! Shawn and Naomi were wonderful answering all my questions (and I had a ton) :) Nothing we would have changed at all. Even in October the beach was perfect - we setup games down there and had a great time. (hike down to the beach - so we limited what we took down there) - but the views from the house, pictures of the sunset were unbelievable. What a wonderful time to travel to Ludington Michigan and a perfect house to host us all!

Expectations set and met!

We used all seven bedrooms and both kitchens. Our private chef loved the main kitchen setup as well. Hot tub and salt water pool were just great. Parking space for all cars was really nice. I passed along a few suggestions to the owner that were happily received. This is a property worth returning to if the need arises.

Excellent stay

A group of a dozen or so friends has done an annual trip for 12 years and this is the nicest property we’ve stayed at. Great views, awesome beach & pool, clean house, well-stocked, comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable house!!!

This house beyond exceeded our expectations!! The view of Lake Michigan, sunsets, private beach, amazing heated pool made this the best vacation we have ever had! We had a large group (10 adults and 10 children) and there was more than enough space for everyone! The house is stocked with everything you would ever need, it is immaculately clean, and the hosts were so responsive and generous. We will definitely be back!!

Family vacation

This was our family’s second stay here and it was so wonderful. Shawn and Naomi have thought of everything to keep at the house which makes traveling here each year so easy and convenient. They are amazing hosts. The house fit our 22 person family with no issue and was very spacious. We can’t wait to go back!

Awesome family vacation!

What a fantastic week in Ludington! The house is everything we hoped it would be -- and more. Perfect for larger family gatherings (we had 10 adults and 5 kids for the week). Plenty of room, tons to do, the heated saltwater pool was an excellent change of pace from the beach. Absolutely recommend this property. Shawn and Naomi (and Ashley) are great hosts!

Exceptional in Every Way / Family Reunion to Remember

Our family group (we also had sister property-same hosts/owners, see Suites A/ Ludington review) of all ages was so comfortable, entertained and delighted by this beautiful home. We are not strangers to higher-end rentals, but this was the first time we were greeted by stocked paper products, laundry supplies, and even a stocked beverage fridge... and all the little extras that make vacation start the minute you unpack. As welcome as that was, the magnificent views out the back of the home toward the medium dune and beach/big lake were to-die-for! Even on the single overcast day! The young ones loved the pool toys, and many of us enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks on the beach (do NOT fear the 101 beach steps....I'm 66 yrs old and had no issues). The sand was so soft and the water crystal clear and shallow for yards and yards. The provided beach towels were so useful for the families flying in for the week, as it helped limit their need to pack some from home. The pool and hottub were in perfect working order and spotless. Cooking large meals for our group was so easy given the quality of appliances and smart kitchen layout. The owners responded very promptly and courteously to our occasional inquiries. And the 220V line in the garage to charge EV's was so handy. We CANNOT WAIT to visit again!

Daniels Family 3rd Annual Family Vacation Getaway

Awesome setting, awesome house, awesome hosts, exceeded expectations. Perfect fit for our family group of 8 adults and 10 children ranging in age from 3-15. Secluded but close enough to Ludington main drag and Wal-Mart and Meijer, etc. for shopping needs. We enjoyed the view, the playthings, the heated pool, and kayaking and paddleboarding from the beach below. We also enjoyed the things to do around the house around our stay. We started our stay with a drive up from the Chicago area to Manitowoc, WI where we took the historic SS Badger car ferry across Lake Michigan to Ludington and a short drive to the house. While staying at the house, we visited the Ludington Breakwater Lighthouse, the Big and Little Sable Lighthouses, and the Ludington pumped hydroelectric power plant. On our drive back to the Chicago area around the lake, we visited the Big Red Lighthouse in Holland, Michigan. Great vacation experience! Would recommend to others.

Bachelorette Weekend Trip

Our stay was amazing at this property. We had a girls bachelorette party with 16 people. We had enough space to hang throughout the day and the room and beds were very comfortable! The pool and hot tub were perfectly heated & the view to the beach made for some great pictures!!! Getting to and from the beach was a little hard & we didn’t let our pregnant friends go down there, but if you take your time it’s worth it! The sand is so soft ! We would definitely stay here again & maybe even bring kids this time - the house was well equipped for families with little ones!
