"Great location! Nice setup with a private balcony. Good communication all along. Single designated parking spot, which was nice and close to the apartment. Had some minor cleanliness things, like finding some popcorn in the pullout couch. Generally clean and nice. The AC split had a little trouble keeping up with the extreme heat, but that is not a major issue and was probably true for most AC units, but is worth preparing for. "This was the perfect home base for our travels. Super close to the beach and very clean. The owner is very easy to contact and makes every effort to be sure you have a great stay! Would definitely stay again!"

Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. "Had a great stay! Home is exactly what we expected. The shower is small but worked for what we needed. The location to the beach can't be beat!"

"Great family home. Great location"

"A peaceful house in a peaceful town"

"We rented this house for several friends that were visiting for the Manistee National Forest Festival. Everyone was very happy with the cleanliness, location, and amenities that the property offered. Lots of hot water even after several showers. Quiet neighborhood, but still just a minute from shopping and just 5 minutes from downtown."
