"The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

"This is one of my favorite rentals I've been in for quite a while. Everything was super clean and I don't think the pictures did the space inside justice to be honest. It was really cozy, but spacious. Beds were comfy. It was nice having two beds in the second bedroom, which worked out great for my brother and nephew who visited for a couple of days. "As a solo female that travels a lot for work this place was perfect! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, the place was clean and super easy to function in! There’s lots of extras that the hosts provide and they’re super commutative! I really appreciated them continuing to check if I needed anything like a refresh of the sheets or space during my stay. Will definitely be re-booking whenever I come back!"

"The house was amazing. It was cozy with the perfect amount of entertainment. The shuffleboard and arcade games were so much fun. The house was in a perfect location to visit lake arrowhead shopping and food. It was overall great experience "

"Overall, this was a great space. Some minor things that could be addressed... Towels for the hot tub and possibly mat of the room that grants you access. The fire place is misleading... No wood and they say fake logs provided, but there were none which greatly interferes with the heat output. Some of the dishes were still dirty, which is ok other guests but should be looked at. Otherwise, great location and space. Smaller than images infer, but a good amount of room for a small family."
