Un alojamiento perfecto con una ubicación increíble, contratamos el parking con el hotel y ha sido todo un acierto se encargan ellos de llevártelo al parking y devolverlo cuando te haga falta por un precio bastante asequible ya que aparcar en otro lugar saldría más caro.

El hotel está en el centro, todo se recorre a pie, es muy bonito, con muchas tiendas de todo al rededor.

Muy agradable
La ciudad es muy bonita y el hotel está muy centrico. Practicamente salimos del hotel y todo esta muy cerca. El desayuno muy bien y la habitación muy comoda con vista bonita a la plaza de la calle.

La ubicación es excelente si tú plan es conocer la ciudad, el único punto en contra es que en la parte de abajo del hotel , hay bastantes y bares restaurantes … y por las mañanas el servicio de recolección de basura arman un buen ruido muy temprano…

Excelente hotel y servicio
Tuvimos una muy buena estancia en este hotel, el cuarto era comodo, amplio y limpio y con el mejor servicio! Daniel, el que nos recibió nos trato muy bien y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitabamos; siemore con buena actitud! Excelente localización, caminamos a todo lo que queriamos ver, definitivamente regresaríamos.

Perfecto hotel para conocer Lucerna
nos encanto este hotel, su ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro de Lucerna, esta cerca de la estación de trenes y alrededor hay muchas tiendas. Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, esta todo muy limpio y la decoración es moderna. La cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno es perfecto, el servicio es muy bueno! Sin duda volveríamos al mismo hotel.

Good hotel, spacious rooms. Very good location, you can walk to the areas of greatest interest. Breakfast at a different hotel, which is not very comfortable, but the restaurant has good view. The hotel has no parking, but so are the hotels within the city. Hotel recommended.

muy bien ubicado, a solo 5 minutos de la estación de tren. desafortunadamente no se puede controlar la calefacción de la habitación por lo que hizo mucho calor durante la noche. la zona es muy céntrica y el desayuno correcto.

Overall, we had a great two night stay here! The hotel is located very conveniently for shopping, restaurants, and sights. One brief bit of feedback: we could’ve used more towels, especially since the shower had a leak that caused water to pool on the floor.

A beautiful, well-situated property. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to sites, shopping and lots of eating options. If you are driving and need parking, there is a valet service available which is very convenient, but a tad expensive. All around, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great area to be in except that it is a good walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and we loved the good space in the room. Main issue was the noise at night coming from the square below. Other than that, all is good.

I have to command Dustin and Patricia on their fabulous work ethic during my stay there. The only issue was with the front desk staff in the morning. He was very look and rude.

Best location in Old City
Great location in the Old City in a very pretty cobble-stoned square. My family walked with our luggage from the train station over the walking bridge to this hotel—about 800 meters. Plenty of shopping, restaurants in this neighborhood and you have the Nine Towers very close by behind the hotel. (Great views of the city from up there). Reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and perfect.

Pay for what you get. It’s nice small clean does the job. The front desk are really nice !! The area is perfect !!! Would recommend for people on a budget who want to be in the center of all the action.
