EXCELENTE!!!

El apartamento es impresionante, está cuidado hasta el último detalle. Tiene 3 habitaciones dobles muy amplias, cada una con su baño. La cocina es muy amplia y cómoda y con todo lo necesario. El propietario, Massimo, es una persona muy atenta y se ha preocupado de que todo estuviera perfecto, incluso ha puesto un árbol de Navidad y un belén. Sin duda, el mejor apartamento en el que hemos estado, por el exquisito gusto en la decoración y los detalles y por la disposición de Massimo para hacer que estuviéramos a gusto. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Massimo was by far the best host we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. He went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — offering fantastic restaurant and shopping recommendations, sharing insider tips to reach tourist spots without traffic, and even pointing us toward the best parking areas.The apartment itself was perfectly located right outside Lucca’s walled city, within easy walking distance to the train station and all of Lucca’s best sights. Our family of four spent a wonderful week here and loved every moment. The apartment was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, and there were plenty of inviting spaces to relax, play, and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking together a joy. Every detail was thoughtful and luxurious. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This beautiful apartment is comfortable and classic. It’s exceptionally clean, & we loved opening the doors and windows to enjoy the fresh air. (It was a plus to have AC on the hot days.) Also, we enjoyed using the bikes to ride around Luca’s wall. The apartment is a short walk to Lidl, which we regularly shop at in our hometown, so we appreciated the convenience. Massimo is a a.great host — charming &’knowledgeable about the area.

We had the most amazing stay at Massimo’s VRBO in Lucca! From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond. After a long day of travel, he kindly met us at the train station and helped with our luggage, which was such a thoughtful touch. At the apartment, he took his time to explain everything about the unit and the neighborhood so we felt completely at ease. The next morning, he even returned to go over our itinerary, offering tips, restaurant recommendations, and day-trip suggestions that made our time in Lucca truly special. His passion for hosting and genuine care for his guests really shine through.The apartment itself was stunning—exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt like a home away from home, not just a rental. The location was perfect too: only a short walk to Lucca’s historic walls and close to the train station, making day trips easy and stress-free.Our stay in Lucca was unforgettable, not only because of the charm of the city and the incredible food, but because of Massimo’s kindness and hospitality. He turned what could have been a simple stay into a warm, memorable experience. When I return to Italy, I will absolutely be booking one of his properties again. Property summary tells it as it actually is. Very clean stylish apartment which can cater for all. Property is a very short walk to Porte Elisa to access the inner walls of Lucca.Massimo is a true Italian gentleman who is there to assist at all times. The test is always the answer to the question “ would you go back..?” And the answer would be most definitely.

La ville de Lucca est très bien située lorsqu’on a l’intention de visiter Pise Florence Sienne, l’accès à l’autoroute est à 5’ du logement.Le logement est idéal pour 6 personnes,spatieux, confortable, très bonne literie.La cour permet de parker 2 voitures voire 3 sans problème !Un pub pizzeria à 50 m de bonne facture, les grandes surfaces sont à proximité, le propriétaire est très sympathique et de bons conseils pour les sites à visiter. Seul bémol, le tri des ordures ménagères, Process assez compliqué pour les gens de passage, en tout cas plus contraignant qu’en France!A part ça , je recommande cette adresse sans hésiter, le rapport qualité prix est top!

We had a fantastic time in Lucca and the Apartment. Massimo was very kind and explained everything in Detail and welcomed us with a bottle of Proseco and water. Also he and his wife gave us some children Books for our daughter. I recommend staying in the Apartment and many thanks to Massimo.

Massimo was the best host! He checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. In all of my travels, this was the nicest Verbo I have ever stayed in. The interior was gorgeous and equipped with everything you could need. If you are looking for a place a very close walk to Lucca, look no further. Thanks Massimo for an amazing stay. *This Apartment is on the third floor. So there are 30 steps up to the apartment.

Amazing Property

Our family of two parent, two teens and Mimi, grandmother, me, stayed in this beautiful apartment for 2 weeks. We were greeted in person by the owner and taken to our third floor apartment. We walked through a lovely patio for our personal use and up three sets of marble stairs. We entered the spaciuous, immaculate apartment and shown how to use what we needed. some things to note are that the washing machine does not spin dry like ours at home so we decided to ahnd wash what was needed and hung it on the balcony rack to dry. The refrigerator was not as cold as what we have at home, but certainly not a problem. The apartment was a short walk to an entrance to the city, which was beautiful. We rented bikes to tour the city wall, a must do. There were four bikes that were for use with the apartment, but since there were five of us we decided to rent in Lucca. There was a well stocked marked only a block or two away. Public transportation was easily accessible. To say that this was a five star rating with the owner always accessible and helpful is an understatement. Do not hesitate to rent this property. We loved every moment!

Lovely apartment with private parking and use of the garden, a short walk from Porta Elisa. The owner Massimo was charming and could not have been more helpful. The description and photos on the website accurately describe the property. We really enjoyed our visit to Lucca which is a beautiful walled city with many interesting buildings, lots of restaurants and good shopping.

The home was just as described and beautiful. The indoor spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The outdoor spaces were wonderful to relax in the cool shade and especially for the children. We had everything we needed and the dryer was a bonus! We enjoyed being outside the walls where it was more relaxed and with options like a large grocery a couple blocks away and several great restaurants 1 to 2 blocks away. Massimo was a great host and hopefully we will get to return!

Incredibly helpful owner

The property is lovely. Also bear in mind that there are about 30 steps to get into the apartment.Even more important is that the owner of the property could not have been more helpful. He explained everything to us clearly and at the end offered to drive us to the train station. He’s an incredibly helpful man. My only criticism is that it’s a step below luxury but it was perfectly fine for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Lucca Apartment - the Hidden Gem in Tuscany

Great first visit to this area. We were a group of 3 older women who aren't afraid of walking and touring. The property is excellently located for the walled city and the host could not be more charming. He was on hand to meet us and explain the house rules and recycling. Privacy in the apt and the garden. We could have bicycled too but did not have time. A wonderful stay and a lovely apartment, very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Parking on site and very secure.

Perfect stay for a family of 5

The property is beautiful and well kept. The location was great for our family- it is a short walk to the walled city of Lucca, there is a Lidl close by, and the train station is a 15 minute walk from the home. Massimo was the best host possible and we loved our time there.

Perfekte Wohnung für eine Woche in Lucca

Die großzügig geschnittene und sehr saubere Wohnung liegt keine fünf Gehminuten von der Porta Elisa, dem Zugang zum historischen Kern von Lucca, entfernt. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen, versperrten Parkplatz, von dem ein eigener Eingang ins Haus führt, einen sehr angenhmen Wohn/Essbereich, eine Küche, in der es wirklich alles gibt, was zum Kochen notwendig ist, sowie drei Doppelzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Massimo, der Vermieter, hat sich sehr zugewandt und zugleich dezent um seine Gäste - wir sind eine Familie mit vier jugendlichen Kindern - gekümmert und war immer ansprechbar. Herzlichen Dank für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
