"Apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive. She helped us by providing some recommendations on good places for morning cappuccinos and pastry as well as meals. The apartment was on the first floor (2nd floor for those in the States). There was a lift but the stairs were very easy to navigate. Convenient access to the Termini train station. "

"Lorenzo our host generously provided a list of local eateries and directions to the nearest shops for basics.The property itself was clean, well-equipped and in a great location from which to stroll round the streets of Lucca or explore further afield.The sound from the music school which is adjacent to the flat takes a bit of getting used to, but not unpleasant.The flat is attractive, welcoming, if a bit dark inside, but the wee outdoor space is a bonus. Would recommend."

"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"Lucca was better than expected! It's like the whole town lives in a story book! Both the city and the apartment are really great and have tons of character. We would stay here again. Also, the host responds very quickly.My only complaint is that the king mattress needs to be replaced (probably like 10 years ago). "

"What a unique apartment! We loved everything. The host Simone was wonderful. The private garden was a gem. Short drive to Lucca, Pisa. One little thing we have to mention is: drive a small car. The way up to the apartment is very narrow. "

"Estuvimos 6 días en el apartamento y ha sido todo según lo previsto. Tal cual en las fotos. Renata fue muy atenta. El parking esta cerca y Lucca también. Por poner un pero es que esta en un segundo sin ascensor. El apartamento es completísimo, tiene de todo."

"The apartment is a short walk (7 minutes) from Lucca train station, and the description is accurate - apart from there being no separate terrace accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard garden is nice to have for eating outside etc. The apartment did seem a little dark, but that's the nature of the building. Our host was very helpful, and a few minor issues found upon arrival were rectified on the same day.One suggestion is to provide some tea-bags / coffee for guests."

"This property is inside the historic walls and perfectly located, close to everything! The apartment had everything we needed - terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms. Lucca is a charming town with beautiful architecture, very good restaurants and cafes, and close to hiking in the hills and mountains. It was great to be able to get around without a car using the trains. We hope to be back!"

"Lovely apartment in the heart of Lucca. In historical town there is no elevators in houses so be prepared to climb few steps to reach the flat. However, it's something what anyone with healthy legs and back can do. Instructions to get inside the building were clear and simple. There is a fans on the bedroom roof . Apartment itself is nice, clean and recently furnished. If someone is afraid about noice coming inside from out, I would say it's nothing extraordinary comparing to similar cities...

"Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...

"This apartment was lovely! Very well appointed and comfortable. Great kitchen and cute tiny patio. Silvia is a great host! The location is perfect- not far from the train station (we walked) and near all the main streets and piazzas of Lucca! Also very near the wall for strolling.
