The structure includes five apartments located on a beautiful hill, the special position offers a spectacular and unique view: northeasterly there are the Appennines, in the south east there are Pisa and Livorno, in the west the Massaciuccoli Lake , the Viareggio coast and Forte Dei Marmi.
You will admire all this while lying comfortably by the pool or sitting on the terraces of the apartments, surrounded by olive trees and woods that create a particularly breezy and cool climate even in summer.
Our guests have free access to one swimming pool respectively of 18 and 6 metres (equipped with a salt sterilization system, not chlorine), a large solarium area, playgrounds for children and a park that surrounds the whole property which creates
an oasis of serenity and offers the opportunity to take long walks in contact with nature.
