"The host was responsive but the accommodation was unacceptable. It was dirty, mildewy, and the floor of the hotel was undergoing renovation so there was no lighting in the hallways, there was dirt and dust in the hallways, the elevators were blocked by construction equipment so we had limited access. We complained to the host and had to leave the room and book a hotel room for the remainder of the stay. Unfortunately we had to spend one night in the VRBO which was not pleasant!"

"I was delighted to find this listing on VRBO since the Marriott was booked. This is a great resort, especially if you have kids, but we were just friends meeting up with other Florida friends.
