Great location great accommodation clean host is nice reception people are nice and everyone working there always saying hi. Pool garden is taken care of very well and the building as well. View from the room is priceless the accommodation had everything you need from utensils and we weren't short on anything. Would book again.

The view is all you need to see Maho. The sliding door is so thick you don't hear the planes taking off. Location Location location location best place to be if you want to stay in Maho.

The view alone is worth 5 stars! After a couple of hiccups when we first arrived, our stay turned out to be absolutely fantastic. Our host was wonderful, responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We were on the 4th floor in the middle, and the view is UNREAL. You have the perfect view of the runway, Maho Beach and the gorgeous Caribbean water. We could watch the planes coming and going and even see everyone lined up on famous Maho Beach waiting to get blown away by the jet blast. 😂 My husband is a huge aviation fan, and he has officially declared that this is the ONLY place we are allowed to stay when we come back to St. Maarten! The balcony was hands down our favorite part of the condo. We spent so much time out there enjoying the view that I joked if there had been a fan, I probably would have slept outside. We also enjoyed the pool every day. The location couldn't have been better. The market is literally right below the pool, great restaurants are within a 5–10 minute walk, taxis are directly across the street, and we could walk to Mullet Bay Beach in about 15 minutes. We really didn't need anything that wasn't within easy reach. Between the incredible view, perfect location, wonderful host and how much we enjoyed the condo, this went from a slightly bumpy arrival to a place we absolutely did not want to leave. We would 100% stay here again—and apparently, according to my husband, we aren't allowed to stay anywhere else. 😂 Thank you for a wonderful anniversary sta

Beautiful property, centrally located near Maho beach! The place was clean and the host was very responsive. The views of Maho beach were definitely a highlight. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely efficiency apartment, lovely setting. Great nearby restaurants and shops. Proximity of beaches, wonderful pool. Kitchen was well stocked. We felt right at home.

The unit was perfect for us ! Very clean and contained everything we would need for our amazing week stay. Our host was very prompt with responses and very pleasant to talk with. It was a very relaxing vacation for us with the pool just steps from our unit, the beach right across the street, the collection of various restaurants in the area, and the market within walking distance. We never got tired of watching the planes right off our balcony. Will definitely be back ! Thank you Florence !

This property is AWESOME. My wife and I enjoyed it to the fullest. Next to Maho beach,Airport and several restaurants. Also there is a supermarket down the block. Enjoyed the early morning with a a cup of coffee in the balcony. The unit has everything you need. Highly recommended and the owner contacted us to make sure we were ok. See you soon.

This is my second stay at this location/apartment. The apartment is clean, cozy, and the view is perfect in every little way. You can see the pool and the ocean view is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. I really enjoy watching the planes land and take off, and watching the cruise ships and catamarans pass by. The building is quiet and I felt safe as a female solo traveler. There is also a safe to store your valuables. I really enjoyed my second stay here, and I'm already looking forward to returning next year. The host is wonderful.

Wonderful Vacation

Just came back from a week's vacation and we had a lovely time. The studio is clean, beautiful, exactly as pictured. The building is in a very conveniant location with restaurants, shops, grocery and the beach right at your doorstep. The pool in the building is huge, lots of beach chairs, you can watch the planes landing from the pool terrace. We had a wonderful time and would totally stay at this property again.
