I felt like a movie star staying here! The villa is very spacious and well-kept, and there's a private parking spot right in front of it for easy access. The downstairs is open-air, no A/C, and upstairs there is a bedroom/bathroom on either side, both very private with great A/Cs. There is a market with all the groceries you would need plus a bar with great happy hour specials, and this is about a 2 minute walk from the villa. The beach is about a 1-2 minute walk in the other direction, and this section of the beach was actually my favorite (and least crowded) beach I visited the whole time I was there. At most I saw 8 people there (visited in July).The private pool is even bigger than what it looks like in the pictures, and pretty deep. The water was clean and the perfect relaxing temperature. It felt physically painful to leave this property. By far the most beautiful place I've ever stayed.

Villa is as pictured and has incredible views! One thing that was a bit shocking at first was no AC downstairs which is understandable with the pool and doors being open; we quickly adapted to that once we were there for a minute but would have liked to know that going into it. The resort itself was alright and the villa could use some minor updates/repairs but was overall good for our week stay. Super close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to St Maarten and would stay there again.

Gorgeous beaches, great snorkeling …can step out of villa and within 100 ft into the sea. Loved it!

Enjoyed our week at the property with a great view. Stacey, the Property Manager provided excellent service. Neighborhood had grocery store and restaurants in walking distance

Hidden Gem

For this family, this is the perfect location. It is convenient to all the places we always frequent when on the island and perfect to get to wherever else we want to go! We will stay here again. Thank you Jonathan and Stacey!

Lovely Place to Stay

Great location, host, amenities. I highly recommend staying here with a group of friends, families.... even 2 couples. The room have their own bathroom and balcony that connects the two rooms. This is an excellent choice.

Anniversary trip-Late summer

The property was exactly what we were looking for. A place near everything we wanted to do (20-30 min drive at most) and private enough we could spend time together away from the more bustling parts of the island. The host was responsive and manage the check in and out process easy

Beautiful Waterfront Property in Paradise

We were extremely happy with the location on the island with much to do within walking distance, The view and overall state of the property were exceptional. Stacey and everyone associated with the resort were extremely helpful throughout our trip. We will definitely be back soon!

Incredible!

The property is as described, and even more! The views are incredible, and it is conveniently located close to a lot of restaurants and a couple convenience stores. We had a wonderful time in this unit and are planing to come back.

Perfect Beach Location

My wife and i truly enjoyed the experience of staying in this townhome. The property, housekeeping, property manager and everything were terrific and were consistent with the posting. The beach was just steps from the deck and parking was as convenient as possible. Overall a terrific experience!

Perfect location

Beach front property with the sounds of the ocean. Watch boats come and go. Nice swimming area for swimmers. Close location to all restaurants. Nice market steps away. Covered parking. Wonderful vacation property.

Girls weekend away

We Love our stay! Came to relax and enjoy the island. The villa was extremely clean and the views were INCREDIBLE the reviews and description did not did that justice. It was very convenient. Easy access to the hotel and lovely easy access to the beach. The lowlands area was lovely and there were restaurants to walk to. We really enjoyed having a car so that we could explore other parts of the island and enjoy other restaurants, beach clubs, etc. 100% Recommend, staying here we had a wonderful time.

Amazing Vacation

This was an extraordinary rental that allowed us to have a great vacation. The unit is quite large with excellent views of the ocean. The beach is nearly private with very few swimmers. Having our own private pool in the unit was fantastic. I highly recommend the unit.

Highly, highly, recommend. I wanted a place that was quiet away from the hustle and bustle of Simpson bay, so when I wanted to do so I could relax in peace. The place looked exactly as the pictured depicted. I felt extra safe because the parking is under a garage and is gate accesssed. There are a few minor details that needs attention (the walkway to the door), but not enough for me to not return. I will definitely be booking the same villa next year during the off peak season. I even adopted the friendly neighborhood cat.
