"The guidebook binder at the property helpfully had details about the Soul Oasis, like how to operate the heaters and fireplace, and suggested local spots and restaurants to visit. Also, the kitchen conveniently had many pots and pans and tools. The view of the water was a highlight!"

" Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The home was exactly as described—spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with every amenity we could have hoped for.The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet surroundings made for a peaceful night’s sleep. We especially loved the outdoor space—perfect for morning coffee...

"Fantastic week-long stay with my spouse and two dogs in October. Very clean house, large updated kitchen, nice updated bathrooms, front porch for sitting and enjoying river views, and the neighbors waive when they drive by! Friendly community who is welcoming to short-term renters—had so many conversations with locals. Enjoyed the easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and pier. Rented a golf cart to get around which was so much fun! Really quiet area which was exactly what we wanted.Host...
