Perfect location

House was a perfect size for a family of 4. Teenagers loved the pool and walking to the local shops, marina, beach and golf courses. Old town had a mixture of snack places and restaurants. Marina was great for food and boat trips. Don was great to give information on bin drop off, recycling etc. We couldn't have asked for a better management company. A few points to note: - the kitchen was amazing - it had all of the utensils you could wish for to make delicious meals. The washing line is above sprinklers but there are 2 dryers in the utility room that you can position anywhere. The dishwasher, washing machine etc made life so much easier. The various balconies were great, giving amazing views at sunset. The gardeners came on Thursdays to cut grass and refill the pool, the beds and towels were changed on the Monday after we had been there a week. All in all, we were looked after so well.

Amazing villa with great pool, sun all day

Easy check in, great communication with host, property matches description and more. Quiet area within walking distance of shops restaurants and mariner, hope to return can’t fault it.

Unbelievable villa

We have just had the best two week holiday in this villa. It really is superb. Loads of space inside with a beautiful new modern kitchen. Pool is perfect with sun on it all day until around 6ish. We really couldn’t fault our stay. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Family Week!

Wow!!! Excellent communication from the hosts, before and during our stay. This villa far exceeded our expectations and the photos on Vrbo really don't do it justice, the kitchen has had a whole new refurb and contains absolutely everything you will need! Lovely spacious, clean, cool bedrooms, comfy beds, overall plenty of space for everyone. Pool area was spotless, plenty of comfy beds, and sun ALL day long. Bbq and outside dining area. Lovely walk just 2 minutes to fab bars & restaurants in the Old Village, where there was live music playing most nights. Not a bad walk down to the Marina area and a cheap easy Uber back up. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely return.

Beautiful villa, great location

The villa was lovely. Well appointed, clean and had everything you might need. Good location, walking distance to bars and restaurants and small shop. Cheap taxi ride to the harbour and town. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Amazing stay

Fabulous villa in a great location, a few bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Old Village. A short & cheap BOLT taxi will have you at the Marina or beach in minutes. Everything you require is available in the Villa, pool is great and gets the sun all day. You have a choice of terraces to sit and enjoy the evening sun if wished. BedRooms tastefully decorated, easy with its own en-suite and living area so cosy with 3 great big sofas. Would definitely return. The pictures on the VRBO are from old as the villa is a lot more Morden with a fabulous new kitchen and 2 large fridge freezers, dishwasher & washing machine.

Lovely large villa, better than the pictures

Great villa with all the facilities you can need on tap. Loads of space for 6 adults. Lovely pool and indoor and outdoor space. A couple of bars and restaurants and local shop within walking distance.

Lovely villa - just perfect

Pictures don’t do the villa justice. Lovely and comfortable, very clean. Communication with Don prior to and whilst staying was very quick. The villa has a new kitchen which was amazing so much so that I want a new kitchen! Would love to stay again but already booked up for next year.

Stunning villa!

This villa was even better than the photos suggested. So spacious and incredibly well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable home from home. 2 big fridge freezers was an added bonus! Pool was great, and plenty of sun loungers for everyone to relax. BBQ was also really useful. Location was perfect, with a small shop within 5 minutes walk to get fresh bread and pastries in the morning, with the marina, beach, and larger shops also within walking distance. Communication with Don was easy and we received very quick responses to any questions. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to return.

Lovely stay, beautiful Villa

We had a lovely 10 night stay in this fantastic villa. Great location, outside space and pool with a very well equipped and decorated villa. Contact point was extremely helpful throughout. Only recommendation would be to offer an additional set of keys if staying in a larger group. The lock for the door itself could be changed as it was difficult to lock and unlock. However this didn’t affect our stay, we’d definitely recommend to others.

Another perfect stay

We would come here every year if we could. Much better than the pictures show. Beautiful new kitchen, quiet area but close enough to everywhere. Pool isn't overlooked and gets sun all day. Don works tirelessly and is always available to answer questions. You will not regret booking this villa.

Vilamoura with the adult kids

Spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable villa. Walking distance to marina and supermarket. Photos don’t do this villa justice, sun on the pool all day, 4 terraces to choose, one off each bedroom and one on roof, so easy to escape the kids. Kitchen brand new and has everything you would want and need. BBQ area well equipped and perfectly located by the pool. Parking for 2 cars, loads of wardrobe space. Just perfect.

A magical stay

Lovely break

Great quiet location within a perfect distance for a nice walk down to the marina. Everyone had a lovely time at the villa, very very spacious and the new kitchen was gorgeous. We were happy, the 3 young boys were happy. See you next year.

Fantastic property in a great location.

The fantastic villa sits in the “old town” of Villamoura which around 15 mins walk from the marina and fantastic beaches. A small supermarket, and a couple of bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk of the property. The villa is bigger than it looks on the photographs with plenty of space inside and out, and the kitchen has been recently upgraded and is well equipped. The pool is great – we couldn’t get the kids out of it! The nearby beaches are very good indeed, probably the best I have seen. Perfect sand and shallow water for swimming. Our youngest daughter struggled a bit with the walk down as it was very hot, but it was simple and cheap to get taxis if necessary. We had a great holiday, and would recommend this villa!

Wow just Wow, great location 15 mins walk to the Marina, 5 mins walk to great local bars and restaurants, plenty of space inside villa, kitchen is fitted with everything you need all the mod cons, brilliant pool generally amazing place would highly recommend and we are going back very soon.

Fantastic location and accommodation - home away from home

We were very happy with this Villa! The villa is a great size, very spacious, with loads of natural light. The kitchen had everything we could have wished for, all the usual 'std' items including a juicer (take advantage of those fantastic oranges). The pool was nice and clean, including the grounds - both of which get maintained weekly. Additionally, the pool has sunshine all day, leaving the pool water at the perfect temperature. Should add, the airconditioners (all rooms plus lounge) were great, and quiet - key for me as a light sleeper. Location is great, quiet, close to local shops and a 15 min walk to the Marina. Don was a great host, very quick to respond, and informative, and a nice chap. Thank you, Don. Overall, this is a great villa, does everything you could ask for and more. In fact, we have already booked another 2 week holiday the same time next year. See you again soon
