Villa Phuket is a spacious and welcoming residence, located near Vilamoura Marina, ideal for those seeking comfort, privacy and an excellent location to enjoy the Algarve with tranquillity.



The living room presents a spacious and bright environment, designed for moments of rest and group socialising, with a harmonious connection to the remaining areas of the house, creating a comfortable and functional atmosphere for your stay.



The bedroom area offers space and comfort for families or groups. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, ensuring comfort and versatility. All bathrooms are equipped with showers, providing convenience during your stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and practical, allowing you to prepare meals comfortably throughout the holiday.



On the outside, the house invites you to make the most of the days in the open air, with a pleasant outdoor area ideal for relaxing and enjoying meals in a relaxed environment. The heated swimming pool (additional cost) allows you to enjoy the water at different times of the year, complementing the outdoor experience.



Casa Phuket is located near the beach, bars, restaurants and local shops, a five-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Vilamoura Marina.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 8 guests.

From the 9th to the 10th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
