Special birthday celebrations for my daughter’s 21st birthday, and it didn’t disappoint. Stunning grounds and swimming pool.l and lovely touches such as timed ambient lighting in the garden and indoors. My daughter called it magical . Lynda the property manager as incredibly helpful and put some balloons up and helped me buy a cake to be ready for our arrival. Can’t wait to return! Thank you.

Great outside space for families. Lovely quiet location. Raphael and Lynda were excellent for communication. Unfortunately, 5 of the 7 adults ( our 16 week old baby was thankfully spared) experienced terrible mosquito bites. My son had 34 bites by the end of day 5, the others in excess of 20 each!! We quickly realised the problem lies in the house. Spraying every room every day/ repellant and strong citronella wasn’t enough. The owners need to address the issue. We were the only family in the airport on the way home that seemed to be affected. The sunbeds were shabby and incredibly uncomfortable due to age and wear and tear. Either replacing or at the minimum mattresses provided. Two of the showers flooded consistently, so we had a constant cycle of washing the sopping wet towels used to mop up the water.

Villa is exactly what is shown on the pictures and descriptions.Communication with the owner, and manager Lynda was great.Villa is in a quiet location, but easily walk to restaurants, and Ubers are cheep and all friendly, we travelled to the marina and ate out there a lot.

Fabulous Girls Trip

Arrived for agreed early check-in and were greeted by Lovely Lynda, the Manager, who walked us round the villa and explained everything. The property was as beautiful as the pictures and clean and welcoming, we all felt very comfortable from the start. Lynda always responded promptly to any messages from us. Raphael was also very helpful and responsive prior to our arrival. A suggestion would be to have an information pack in the villa.

The villa is lovely but a little bit tired and in need of general maintenance - the doors didn’t shut properly , the showers all leaked on the floors . The building works around the surrounding villas made the noise levels unbearable during the day spoiling our time around the pool meaning we couldn’t spend the time we had planned in the villa and as a result increased the amount of money we spent outside.

Fabulous villa

We had a great stay at this villa. It was absolutely perfect for our requirements as the pool was away from the back doors (for a very quick 11 month old) so it felt a lot safer and also there was so much outside space for the 10 year old to play. All our needs were met with requirements for cots and high chair and everything we needed within the villa as well. Walking distance to supermarket and a bar and a couple of places to eat but also cheap to get Ubers to the marina for more restaurants, shops and bars. We had such a lovely stay and if we come back as a big family unit again will definitely be rebooking. Cannot recommend this place enough. You would not be disappointed.

Great stay with friends

Wonderful pool, great space for a few friends or a family stay. Lynda the lady who met us as the property was great and very helpful. Tiny downsides - drainage of showers not great, air con only in bedrooms but I guess the heat is par for the course! Great stay overall and would stay again!

This property is as described in a quiet area with beautiful gardens and convenient for shop, cafe and good taxi service to harbour and beach if the weather is too much for a wander. Really relaxing and we loved it..

Second stay here and will definitely be back. Spacious villa and garden, very quiet, peaceful area. Kitchen is fully equipped so cooking is easy. Property manager is very helpful.

Lovely spacious villa with amazing grounds and pool

We stayed in this lovely villa for two weeks in August with two children aged 12 & 10 and three Grandparents for a special Birthday. The layout is superb with plenty of room for all 7 of us with the 4 bedrooms and outside area. The beautiful garden is hugh with a great sized pool which the kids were permanently in! The garden also looks really special lit up at night. Vilamoura Marina is 10 mins in a taxi where there are lots of great restaurants. The Marina has a lovely family vibe about it and felt very safe. Overall we had an amazing holiday which we will not forget in this gorgeous villa - We loved it so much we have already rebooked for next year! :)

Fantastic Villa Bonita

Stayed 27 July to 10 Aug 2016. Excellent, relaxing two week stay at the Villa. Hired two cars from FARO - approx 25-30 mins drive to Villa. Met by Lynda from management company on arrival at the Villa who showed us around. All very efficient. Couldn't ask for anything more really. Very spacious 4 bedroom Villa. Comfortable beds/air con. Stunning large garden with plenty of shade. Large swimming pool - like a warm bath! Well equipped kitchen - all you need - fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, dish washer etc. Plenty of cups, plates, cutlery etc. Used the barbecue a couple of times. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Even though there was eight of us staying you never felt as though you were on top of each other - there is so much room to spread out and numerous seating areas. WiFi good. TV with English channels. Location on edge Vilamoura so car needed. 5 mins drive to Marina. 5 min walk to nearest small supermarket. Have already recommended to friends.
