Fantastic duplex apartment with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, direct access to Vilamoura marina, not to mention the fantastic view!
Entering this apartment, we find a storage room on our right side, going up some stairs we find one of the bedrooms with a full bathroom, and an outdoor area with marina view. Continuing to go up, on the first floor we have the kitchen with dining area and living room with access to an outdoor area where you can enjoy a wonderful marina view. We also have a bedroom with a full bathroom. The outdoor areas are connected by a flight of stairs, also outside.

Benefiting from a direct and privileged access to Vilamoura marina, where in a few steps you can enjoy all restaurants, shops and bars. It is also a short walk from Vilamoura beach, the casino and Cerro da Vila Museum. Falésia beach is located about 2 kms on foot.

It is also a short car or taxi ride from water parks, Albufeira nightlife, historic centres of Loulé and Faro, as well as Ria Formosa Natural Park.
