Nous avons grandement apprécié notre sejour dans ce bel endroit. Propre, climatisé et les espaces exterieurs très agréables. Parties de billard au retour de la plage un plus.

Our Stay

Overall the property is good although one of the bathrooms was filthy. Having reported it the response was the cleaners had confirmed that they had cleaned the en suite and we would have to pay to have it cleaned again. Very disappointing and unhelpful.

fantastische verblijf in Algarve

We hebben een fantastische vakantieweek gehad mede dankzij de geweldig mooie villa. Vanwege het prachtige weer hebben we elke dag gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Elke dag konden we onder de overkappingen lekker buiten eten en of vertoeven bij het zwembad.

Fantastic Villa

Everyone enjoyed the stay at this beautiful villa. It was set in beautiful grounds with stunning views and the pool was a great size. It had plenty of sun loungers and 2 great seating areas outside but under cover. There was plenty of parking. It also had 2 fridge freezers which was great, one for food an one for drinks which all large villas should have. The one bedroom upstairs had a very large balcony but unfortunately they did not put any seating on it which was a shame. The rooms were all a fantastic size and the kitchen could do with a few oven pans. The two bedrooms downstairs we found that the beds were not comfortable and would benefit from better mattresses or bed toppers but I guess that's our personal view. All in all a fantastic holiday at a stunning villa which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent Villa, Highly recommended

We were a family of 10 and have stayed in a number of villas over the years, but this villa was amazing.. The standard or accommodation was excellent, we organised the transfers were perfectly on time and everything ran like clockwork. A special mention to Olivia Who was spot on through the whole booking process. We are considering rebooking for another holiday We did choose the pool heating and in September I would highly recommend it ..

Awesome Holiday!

We all had the best time here, the local team who met us were brilliant and the Villa was even better than we expected. Great for all age groups from 3 to 73! Thanks for a lovely stay we've made some super memories.

Schöne ruhige Lage und doch zentral

Es war ein sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub in einer schönen großen Villa ohne neugierige Nachbarn. Das beste an der Villa war der schöne große Pool. Bis auf die beiden unrenovierten Bäder im Souterrain ist das Haus perfekt. Etwas nervig war nur, das man wirklich alles kaufen musste, selbst Toilettenpapier in jedem Bad nur eine Rolle, naja ist dort vielleicht so. Zur Sauberkeit kann ich nur sagen, ist in Ordnung aber verbesserungswürdig .

Un accueil chaleureux de Bruno qui ont associé le charme du site et le confort du logement . La piscine juste pour nous dans un jardin très soigné. Et une maison dans laquelle tout est parfait. ( que ce soit le confort du lit la propreté irréprochable du lieu ). Merci!

A Wonderful Villa

We were a family of 9 with ages ranging from 1 to 65 and we all had a great time. The pool was a lovely size and a good temperature (we paid for heating) so we made the most of it. The kids loved the pool table and table tennis. The villa was very clean with plenty of clean towels etc and more than enough space for a big family. We rented cars and its only about 15 min drive to the the nearest beaches. You have to drive everywhere but it's worth it for the quiet location and space you get from being further out. We would definitely return!

Fantastic Villa

Just arrived back from this villa group of 8 adults and 2 children age 5, the villa is spacious and garden is large plenty of space for everyone Nice bbq area with plenty of seating for us all Had everything required in the kitchen, maid attended mid week to clean bathrooms and floors and weekends to change bedding. Location is pretty much 15 min drive to faro, Loule and aqua park we used Uber and would recommend if you are not hiring a car. Mar shopping centre is 3 min away has lots of shops plus a supermarket for all your food. We did have pool heating and this allowed swimming in the evening to be warm We all had a fabulous holiday and would definitely recommend and would return

Lovely villa with great views, location is just off the track a bit

The Villa was lovely, very spacious and the pool and garden was a real hit with the kids. We would recommend heating the pool as our kids were able to stay in the pool till 10pm because of this, which was great evening entertainment. The Villa was quite tricky to find initially but once you know where it is, its very easy to find! Basically its opposite the Algarve stadium just up a steep hill and past a house. The entrance to the house could be improved, as at the bottom of the hill is a big refuse area with as much rubbish lying outside of it as there is in it. Once in the villa you will be delighted, its great. Only critisisim would be that the beds seemed cheap and not very comfortable throughout the house, but everything else was great. The location meant we really had to drive everywhere, particularly with a range of kids from 6 to 14, there is nothing within reasonable walking distance so going out for dinner was always a drive. I would definately recommend but not sure I would return purely because of the location, but the price of the rental does seem to reflect that it is not in the centre of any resort so if you are not bothered about driving then this is the villa for you and if you ahve already booked you will have a great holiday I am sure of that.

Too far if u don’t have a cae

It would have been nice if the basics were supplied...toilet paper, dish washing soap laundry soap shower gel/ shampoo and conditioner as r supplied in most other vbro...info said there were no beach towels so we bought some but there were lots there..found the check in process arduous on s number of occasions. Lock box did not fit both sets of keys. Beds were quite hard...more regular towels. Felt like it was nickel and diming towels. Overall a nice place with lots of space and lovely pool.

Lovely villa

The villa is really lovely and spacious. Great pool area with lots of chairs and cushions. We did feel it could better equipped in the kitchen. We were 3 families staying, cooking in most evenings, and found we were lacking basic things - potato masher (cooking for children), variety of sharp knives, proper wine glasses etc Also, saying that the nearest restaurant is 10 mins away is deceptive as that restaurant looks very scary and dire and I can't imagine anyone would eat there.
