Villa Zanzibar is a spacious and welcoming holiday home, ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking tranquillity, space and comfort in a pleasant rural setting, whilst maintaining proximity to the main leisure areas of the Algarve.



The living room is spacious and bright, with direct access to a veranda with open views over the countryside, creating an inviting environment for moments of rest and group gatherings.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, served by a bathroom with a shower, offering a practical and functional layout for guests.



On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with three single beds, accompanied by two bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and convenience even for larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, spacious and functional, designed to facilitate meal preparation and promote moments of sharing during your stay.



On the exterior, the villa has a pleasant leisure area with a heated private swimming pool (additional cost), outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, outdoor entertainment areas and a dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate in good company.



Villa Zanzibar is located in a quiet rural area, near Olhos de Água and Albufeira, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, bars and a wide range of services and leisure activities.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



There are some restrictions for group bookings.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14 guests.

From the 15th to the 18th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
