The open concept living room and kitchen boast wall-to-wall, floor to ceiling bifold doors that open to the patio. The living room features a sectional sofa and mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including a gas range with six burners, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and more! Dine indoors at the kitchen counter, or enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table (with seating for eight) in the ocean breeze.

Equipped with lounge seating, dining space, a BBQ grill, and more, making it the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee, or bask in the sea breeze with a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the pacific ocean.

Getting Around:

The home has a private garage with space for one car, and you are also welcome to parallel park in front of the driveway, on the street. Street parking does not require a permit, but can be in limited supply during peak season. We have two adult bicycles, and two children's bikes for guest use (waiver required). Alternative transportation options are Lyft, Uber or Beach Cities Transit (BCT) Line 109, Metro Bus Line 125, and Metro Bus Line 8.
