The place was nice for both me and my partner for the ten days we’ve stayed. Comes with everything as promised although washer and dryer costs and parking was misleading needing to park on the street instead its own garage parking spot. Overall a good place to stay at for vacationing.

It was a really nice house, it had all the necessary items and it was clean, I would recommend it. This apartment didn't have a private parking space, but I never had any parking problems on the street.

I really enjoyed my stay in Culver-West. The place was very clean and felt like home—cozy and comfortable. It had everything I needed, including kitchen supplies and towels. If I have the chance, I’ll definitely book again!

The place itself was excellent! It was spacious and the area was safe. We were able to cook during our stay which was really convenient. Unfortunately, the host was unresponsive during our entire stay. While nothing untoward happened, I asked about amenities multiple times over Vrbo, text, and email and got no response. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.

Great location, nice and cozy spot!!

Clean, organized, seemed to be fairly new, great location, bus stops near by, store, restaurants, etc. Recommended!!

Great location

Spot was comfortable and very suitable for us during our work/vacation. Despite the big fans, it gets pretty hot and stuffy in the apartment, so plan accordingly. But I would stay there again.

We love the place

Very good apartment, perfect location close to restaurants and easy to get in there. Amenities as described, we had everything we needed. I have just 2 comments for the place to be perfect: 1/We missed wine glasses and 2/the bed and mattress could be bigger and harder. But they were not bad, this is just our preference

Great spor

The location was very convenient for visiting my son. I felt pretty safe around most of the blocks, but did find looking for a parking spot at 9/10:00 after a day of traveling and site seeing difficult. I was told plenty of street parking, but there are few open near our apartment.

Noise level

The property was clean. Noise level was unacceptable. We could hear people walking upstairs in the early morning hours. The complex is near several commercial buildings and on a busy street. You will not get a good nights sleep.

The property had mold/fungus growing on the ceiling above the kitchen sink from an obvious water leak. I contacted the host about the issue and he didn’t respond. We also had a problem with cockroaches in the unit. Again, the host was unresponsive to the issue.

Nice place for a short visit

Pros: easy check-in, proximity to restaurants and beach, pet-friendly. Cons: street parking is up to chance which can be stressful, no AC in humid weather could be bad for sensitive groups/animals. We didn’t encounter any major issues and had a generally pleasant stay. Yes it was a little humid during the time we went, and there were some stomping neighbors and crying babies, but nothing crazy. The bed had a comfy topper, but the frame was very loud/creaky. Can’t say it was the best place, but it also definitely wasn’t the worst :)
