House was super clean and had everything we needed. Location is perfect, close to freeway and shopping yet in a super quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard. Super responsive host. Would stay again next time we are in the area.

Very convenient location as we have family who lives in the area. Located on a quiet street but very close to all the shopping and dining available on Fallbrook and Ventura. All guests were very comfortable with the accommodations.

5 Stars – A Perfect 40th Birthday Getaway in Los Angeles!I recently celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful Vrbo in Los Angeles, and it was the perfect setting for a weekend with close friends and family. The home was spacious, well-maintained, and had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable.We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, which was a true highlight of the stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and private—ideal for making lasting memories.The host was outstanding—responsive, accommodating, and made sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend this property for anyone planning a special occasion or simply looking to unwind in style. We’ll definitely be back!

Convenient location and responsive host

Our family stayed here for college graduation and it worked out perfectly. We needed to get back and forth to Malibu, which was less than 30 mins away, and there was so much to do in the area around the house. The goat was super helpful and responsive and helped us with everything we needed quickly.

House was nice enough. Furniture was garage sale, second hand quality. Frames on beds were so cheap that 2 beds broke. Very disappointed.

Stayed to be near wedding venue, very responsive

Fairly impressed with Bobby. He's very responsive and on it, which was much appreciated. My only reason for check-in being 4 stars instead of 5, is the front door is bowed to the extent you have to really pull it for it to be able to bolt and unbolt. It's not exactly something that could be fixed while we were there. It's worth noting that while we were struggling with the door, he reached out through the ring camera on the front door to help navigate opening it. We stayed there to be near our wedding venue with our party. My spouse and I stayed in the pool house. There's an air conditioner, but there wasn't a heater. I mentioned it and a space heater was proided the next day. It did well to keep the place warm. The main house did excelent maintaining heat with its heater. All of the essentials were there, including plenty of towels, shampoo, and conditoner. The property is as advertised, and while it doesn't impact anything, it's worth noting the layout is weird. The only way to the backyard in the house is through a bedroom door. Otherwise you have to walk around.

Boho comfortable!

Loved our stay. Bobby was very easy to communicate with and the house was just as described. Located in a charming neighborhood, easy to walk to coffee, breakfast and dinner. Pool house is a hidden gem!
