Fantastic location in the heart of Venice Beach! A quick one block walk to the beach nestled in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Communication, check in process, and amenities were as written and positively noted by other guests. We would definitely stay there again!

Short Venice stay

My wife and I stayed here for a few days, the place was clean and tidy, and was exactly what the pictures and descriptions showed. Upon arrival we were greeted by the home owner who offered to help us with our bags. The location was perfectly located for the plans we had in the area and we found some amazing places within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Excellent property. Very clean. Truly convenient for my needs. Good size apartment. Owners gave us access to the washer/dryer, which was very much appreciated. Bed was too soft, but that’s obviously a personal preference issue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Venice Beach Location

Apartment was very clean and well stocked with towels and extra linens. Shower pressure was amazing. We loved that we were steps away from the beach and walking distance to food and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood, had no issues with noise or traffic. Host was very quick to respond to any of my questions.

Peace at the beach!

Apartment was clean and equipped with all needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Everything we loved was close by. Hosts were great! Will definitely keep this place in mind when visiting Venice.

Great location and communication from Jack - would stay again for sure. Place was super clean - only small thing I would suggest is a tv in the bedroom, they are cheap nowadays :)

Great stay

Overall a great stay. Clean and comfortable space steps from the beach. Comfortable bed, good shower and bathroom, and cute yard. Only feedback for the host would be to extend the WiFi connection to the yard to make it easier to do a little work out there for those of us working remote.

Gorgeous apartment

We had a wonderful time there, only a few minutes walk from the beach. The apartment had all we needed, with high quality interior. The kitchen was very well equipped, with Icemaker, coffemachine and dishwasher. Waterbottles were already in the fridge and coffeecapsules lay next to the coffeemashine. Dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo etc. were also available. We also enjoyed the big screen TV with smartview. The parking space was sufficient for our SUV. On the outside we had a nice fenced in seating area. The contact with Jack was very nice. He gave us every information we needed in advance, so we could enjoy from the beginning.

Great safe spot right off the venice boardwalk

To those unfamiliar with Venice, it is an eclectic neighborhood with a high density of homeless. That being said, I felt very comfortable staying here with my wife and daughter (4). The place was very secure with keypads to access gates and house. It was very clean, quiet, and conveniently situated near the boardwalk with parking. The only criticism I would have is that the bed felt a little worn in. We would have preferred something a little firmer.
