Very nice place for a family, parking is secure but would be very challenging to fit a full size SUV like a Yukon or a half ton, we had a mid size SUV and although tight you could back it into the space fairly easily. The location is great, lots of food and attractions nearby, kitchen is great, all bedrooms have bathrooms which our teens loved. My only comment is that some general maintenance (painting, fixing loose door knobs, etc.) is due to be done. I'd stay there again.

The location was 4 miles from where the listing stated, not in a walkable area and was not close to the quality of the pictures. There were several broken objects and there wasn’t even enough seats at the couch or the table for us (5) people to sit. Yes the property was gated and there were no bed bugs, but it was not the same location as the pictures.
Enough couch for 3 people?

HHN at Universal Studios 1 night - 6 adults, 1 teenager(unable to attach property video) - description stated sofa couch bed available to use; was a trundle instead; created makeshift room and made it work just fine- loved all the amenities: toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, soap, towels/cloths, coffee/creamer/sugar - really loved: 3.5 bathrooms 3 showers, 4 toilets- was able to fit Ford Bronco Sport and Hyundai compact SUV in garage- property more narrow than I imagined, but still very spaciousCOMMUNICATION with Beyond Source could have been better:- had to message the night before for address since we had a six-hour drive- had to call for check-in code; received check-in info at 4:01pm via text/email NOT from Vrbo and after 4pm on Vrbo messaging- did appreciate property entry/parking video- received three emails from Hollywood Cosmopolitan, so did not realize they were regarding our stay, one of which info was NOT on Vrbo messaging at all- no response to my three late-check out inquiries; partially my fault for not confirming upon booking since 12pm check-out was offered upon booking query- received text at 7:50am from cleaning service asking to message them if we leave early, if leaving early was possible- loading up at 10:45am when cleaning service attempted to enter (check-out was 11am)OVERALL:- good central location in Hollywood- worked great and met our needs- would book again, making sure to constantly check emails plus Vrbo messages
