Highly recommend this gem, nestled in the Hollywood Hills. It was such a delight to end our busy days across LA at this lovely, quiet and welcoming retreat. Frances is an extraordinary host with great and timely communication. We will be recommending this property to our family and friends when traveling to LA!

My husband and daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for us - colorful and comfortable, with everything we needed. It was very quiet and a great retreat after exploring the downtown area during the days. The host was very responsive and the check in/check out process was seamless. We will definitely stay there again!

Cute place in a great location. Close to Hollywood, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills. Nice, comfortable bedding, nice towels and shower/bathroom supplies. . Subscription services on the tv. Kitchen for cooking own meals. We enjoyed staying at the place. Better than a hotel, as long as you don't need a pool. Roads in the area are very narrow and winding. We had a large F150 rental vehicle, which was fine, but it would be easier getting around in a smaller vehicle .

We loved the property and the location. The bathrooms were very well stocked and we did not need a thing. We also had the privilege of meeting Frances who is a delightful person and engaging to speak with. I highly recommend a stay in this location.

True living in the Hollywood Hills experience! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Absolutely stunning views, clean and comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Frances was a wonderful host. 10 out of 10!

Five star flawless experience Frances allowed a super early check in from an early flight. Property is in a spectacular location with views of mulholland drive, very private, immaculately clean, ventless new ac units in every room. Peaceful urban garden out back and courtyard patio as well, kitchen and bathroom stocked with pour over coffee and organic shower products. Washer, dryer & detergent were a life saver for our long stay. Kids loved the massive dvd selection, especially universal box set with jaws and jurassic park. Frances is a lovely host and person, you can tell by her quick and thoughtful replies, and the way she cares for the property inside and out. Thanks so much Frances

Great location! Frances was responsive with resending email information when we experienced a hiccup with VRBO. We enjoyed morning coffee in the private courtyard.

Make sure to turn around when you pull into the driveway to see the Hollywood sign - what a breathtaking way to start your vacation. This location can't be beat! Couple that with Frances amazing communication, amenities galore and super comfy beds and you have the perfect retreat. Literally 15 minutes from Warner Bros Studio and 10 min from Universal, my daughter and I had a great time. When I am back in LA, I will most definitely stay here again, A

This was a great place with a fun view. Easy walk to a Runyan Canyon trail. Easy drive to Hollywood area and freeway access. Frances was easy to contact and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I highly recommend this serene house in the Hollywood Hills. As a former resident of the area, this is the perfect spot for me to stay when I return to visit friends. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It’s extremely private and safe. The most appealing aspect is that it’s within walking distance to Runyon Canyon hiking.

We had an excellent stay! The location was wonderful with beautiful views and a short drive to Universal or Hollywood blvd. The house was so cool with awesome decor! My family enjoyed staying there, plenty of room, all the amenities you need and entertainment.

We really enjoyed our stay, the Hollywood Vibe was palpable throughout the property, from framed movie posters to the view, from the driveway, of the actual Hollywood sign in the distance.It was clean and eclectic, colorful and functional, and we all enjoyed it thoroughly.

High up in the Hollywood Hills about 9 minutes from the 101. Gracious Host lives in adjacent house. Bold colors and art. Private garden with views off 2nd bedroom. Moved white patio chairs to garden for duration of our 6-night stay viewing hills with morning coffee and evening drinks. Pasadena museums about 50 minutes away, downtown LA 30 minutes depending on traffic. Ocean about 50 minutes mostly on surface streets. Hosted a couple dinners with LA friends - all raved about the place. Finding street parking, given how narrow street Macapa is, was not the problem I feared for visiting guests. One evening we walked up Mulholland to Runyon Canyon walked down for city views, then back up to gate, then hiked up dirt path for sunset views on top of hill.
