Somehow mixed that the property had only 1 bathroom -- and it was through one of the bedrooms. otherwise lovely house and neighborhood and hosts were great.

lovely cottage in an adorable neighborhood in Culver City. We enjoyed the comfy hammock in the front yard, the beautiful kitchen and cozy beds. would definitely return!

Nice Older LA home with charm

Didn't get to really appreciate a lot of the homes amenities as we arrived very late at night and left very early. It was nice.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay here was perfect! We have zero complaints. Everything we needed accommodated us and we were close to everything. Would definitely love to stay here again next time we visit!

Great location

This was a wonderful location with an off-street parking lot. We enjoyed the little market that was within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. The only complaint was with the bathroom. As others have stated it was only accessible via one of the bedrooms and had a step in tub/shower that was difficult to navigate. The toilet also filled VERY slowly. Overall a very good stay that could be top-tier with some bathroom renovation.

It is the perfect retreat!!

This was our first time renting a property like this, we’ve always stayed in hotels. When researching the properties I kept thinking the descriptions were too over the top. We have to admit, this property exceeded our every expectation. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is lovely and we felt really safe, the location is amazing (we walked to dinner every night!!), and there is plenty of street parking. The owner, Alex, is incredible. Before we arrived he sent us instructions for the property and included recommendations of local restaurants. We had questions before we arrived and he responded promptly and was very accommodating. If you are thinking about reserving, you really won’t find anything better.

Charming Property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was located in a very nice neighborhood and was very comfortably appointed. We did not realize when booking the parking was shared parking; but, we managed to find parking on the street when needed. We recommend this property and its host. Excellent communication from host.

Very charming bungalow and neighborhood

This is an adorable bungalow on possibly one of the quietest, most tree-lined streets in this area. Super convenient to walk to all things Culver City. Just note that the only bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms which is a bit awkward. Bring your own drinking water because the water filter makes water smell like seaweed. All in all, so safe, quiet, charming, and convenient!

Quiet getaway

The property is as described and shown in pictures. It’s on a quiet street and has front yard furniture to relax on. The flowering trees and bushes around the windows were beautiful to look at. We enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed

Quick stay (one night) in this cute little bungalow. Quiet street in Culver City. No issues. Slept well and easy check in/out. Will stay again next time we visit my brother!

Pleasant private cottage

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in Culver City. The location is convenient for visiting different areas of LA. The front yard is very pretty with two big banana trees. Hedges surrounding the cottage and window shades in every room provide nice privacy. The interiors are comfortable with a good-sized kitchen. The single bathroom attached to one of the two bedrooms makes it a little awkward for multiple groups. The bathtub/shower combo with tall sides is a bit challenging to get in and out of, but it’s doable if you hold onto the sink. The cottage makes a very pleasant getaway for one couple, since one bedroom has a bathroom but no usable closet, and the other bedroom has a closet but no easily accessible bathroom. We enjoyed the cottage and found it quite comfortable during our LA visit.

The perfect bungalow

What a sweet home! This was our first VRBO and we loved it. The street is beautiful and safe and the parking was plentiful. Yes, the one bathroom can be a bit of a challenge for 4 adults, but the price point and location make it well worth it.

Would stay here again

We enjoyed staying here, charming little house, well stocked, clean, nicely decorated and great location! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to LA area. We went to Vinice beach, Hollywood, Universal and Disneyland, we were centrally located to everything. Easy check in and out process. Quite and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our daily walks to the coffee shop and walking distance to restaurants too. Highly recommend!
