  • This is our oceanfront rental on Malibu's best dry sandy beach with panoramic ocean views. Located on the sand. This beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaires Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach!

    This vacation rental is oceanfront with panoramic ocean views. There is a large private deck for relaxing & outdoor dining, jacuzzi tub, granite counters and stainless steel appliances accent this comfortable rental. HD Flat Screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, BluRay and stereo system.

    Fully equipped with all essentials: gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining.

    We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience.
    There secure parking and the property is gated for extra privacy.

    Carefree with all the electronics: You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation. There are panoramic ocean views, a large deck for relaxing and dining. Steps to a dry sandy beach with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the two flat screen HD TVs, Blu-Ray, stereo, CD player and Wi-Fi.

    Malibu Beaches: Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Malibu. This unit is on the sand with panoramic views of the ocean and the Queens Necklace of the Santa Monica bay. It is next too world famous Surfrider Beach with a amazing view of the Malibu Pier.

    We are pet friendly and there is a pet fee.

Relaxing beach stay

This is my new favorite unit at this complex on the beach in Malibu. Huge balcony directly over the beach, King bed, and large jacuzzi tub make this the perfect place to stay in Malibu.

Wonderful view!

We have been renting these vacation rentals since 2014. Very easy check in . Everything is perfect! Angel is so helpful and friendly! Listening to the ocean all day and night is so relaxing . We will keep coming back!

Amazing beachfront location

We loved the location and views from the property! It’s clean and felt safe. The addition of some more comfortable seating and substantial chairs at the table would be a nice addition. We would very stay again!

Peaceful stay

This is our 3rd stay here. Quiet and beautiful views. My only complaint is there needs to be comfortable furniture in the living room.

Perfect location, beautiful view of lots of things to do in close proximity of the property

As close to the ocean as you can get.

Location is 2nd to one. Waking and watching dolphins play in the morning to the sounds of the waves pounding against the shore at night. Great location, lots of nearby restaurants, neighborhood felt super safe, absolutely loved this place.

need another chair or love seat

Great location! Property Manager was very welcoming and helpful. The only negative was there was only 1 couch for seating and 1 uncomfortable decorative wooden rocking chair, which we didn't use. There is plenty of room for another comfortable chair or even a love seat , then we can rate it as 5-star.

If you want to hear the ocean

If you want to hear the ocean 24/7 this is your play. Great views, sufficient towels, and everything to make your life enjoyable. I only thing I couldn't find to cook with was a spatula which I bought and added to the utensils.

Cost of being on the beach

Next door to the malibu pier. The site wa clean and everything worked. Angel takes a lot of pride and it shows how with yhe condition of the property. He met us at check in and took care of any issue. Definitely worth the cost. Will stay again. P

Crashing waves:)

You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried . So that was overall the best thing about this location. Listening to the waves was so relaxing. However the place definitely needs a make over, a deep clean and things need to be fixed before renting out! It was way over priced for for what you get.

Can’t beat this location!

This was our second stay. We love the location. It would be nice to have more seating and seating that was more comfortable. The property is clean and everything was in working order. Angel, the property manager, is on site and available if there are any issues. (We had none.).

Great location but stark living room

The apartment is in a great location, but the living room really needs some comfort additions: replace uncomfortable rocker with an armchair, replace old metal stools with dining chairs and perhaps add a rug.
