This three level, 2,500 square foot home is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed coastal living.
The top level is the heart of the home, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas come together in a bright open layout with ocean views. Large windows and sliding doors invite in natural light and ocean air, while comfortable seating, Smart TVs, and a dining table for six create an inviting space to gather after a day at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and relaxed entertaining, featuring a gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine fridge, and a premium Moccamaster coffee maker for slow coastal mornings. Cooking essentials are provided so preparing meals feels effortless.
The home also includes a family room with a sectional sofa, offering an additional space to unwind, watch a movie, or relax together in the evening.
On the second level you will find the primary suite along with an additional guest bedroom. The lower level features a third bedroom with a separate entrance, providing added flexibility and privacy for guests who appreciate their own space.

For exploring beyond the immediate area, rideshare services are readily available and provide convenient access throughout the South Bay and greater Los Angeles.
During the FIFA World Cup 2026, rideshare is often the most seamless way to travel to and from SoFi Stadium, allowing you to enjoy match days without the added stress of parking.
Game Day Tip:
We recommend scheduling your rideshare in advance and allowing extra time before kickoff, as traffic and demand can increase around stadium events. Returning to Manhattan Beach after the match offers a more relaxed and private setting compared to staying near the stadium.

Check-In Requirements
All guests must complete our secure check in forms prior to arrival. We partner with a trusted third party provider for optional damage protection and background screening while fully respecting guest privacy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Safety First
The home is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your protection. These life safety devices may not be removed, covered, or tampered with. Interference with safety equipment may result in fines, immediate reservation cancellation without refund, and applicable repair costs.
Smoke-Free Home
Smoking, vaping, incense, and candles are not permitted indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in a remediation fee in addition to cleaning and damage charges.
Care of the Home
If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond our standard service, an additional fee may apply. This can include heavy staining, spills on furnishings, unattended trash or food, glitter or confetti, or excessive sand.
Booking Guidelines
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older unless approved in advance.
Children: The home is best suited for children over 4 years old.
Guest History: Reservations with limited or low reviews may require additional vetting prior to approval.
Longer Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning service will be scheduled during the reservation to maintain the home’s comfort and quality. The cleaning fee will be adjusted after booking, and a mid stay or end of stay service will be arranged accordingly.
General Terms
By booking, you agree to follow the house rules, assume responsibility for personal safety, and understand the host is not liable for items left behind. Our team may access the home with 12 hours’ notice if maintenance is required.
Reservations must be made in good faith. Misuse of the property or actions intended to harm the home or hosting experience will not be tolerated.
