We had a great experience with our host, who was responsive and helpful! The home itself is a lovely space, though travelers with kids should keep in mind that it is the upper unit of a duplex. We had nobody below us most of the trip so it wasn't a big deal, but worth noting to future guests that this is not a stand-alone house. The property is well-secured, and we felt it was a major plus to have our parking situated behind a sturdy, locked gate. It provided peace of mind and helped our stay feel more private and secure. Karen went above and beyond to offer quick, effective solutions when a minor issue popped up, which we truly appreciated.

The property was exactly as described, the host was communicative, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had all of our needs met. We were so impressed by the snacks, drinks, and toiletries that were gifted to us with a thoughtful thank you note. The beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, we had every kitchen appliance needed as well. We had personal parking that was gated, the WiFi was strong, we literally cannot complain about a thing. We’re looking forward to coming back again for the next girls trip!

Communication with host was excellent. Check in was easy and seamless. We did appreciate the 2 designated parking spaces and property being gated. Space was clean and beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about the property or host. Something to consider: This was a duplex and 906 was the upper property. We had children with us and had to be mindful of them stomping and running to be respectful of others below us. If planning to cook, bring seasonings. I would book this property again.

Our experience at this property was outstanding from start to finish. The host initiated proactive communication ahead of our arrival, which made trip planning seamless. We appreciated the early check-in option, and the welcome touches in both the kitchen and bathrooms were a delightful surprise.The accommodations were ideal for our group of eight—spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. During our stay, I reached out with a few questions, and the host responded promptly and went above and beyond to assist.When we unexpectedly missed our flight out of Los Angeles, she graciously accommodated a later checkout, which eased a stressful situation. Her responsiveness and care truly set this experience apart.Overall, the customer service and communication were exceptional. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a smooth, welcoming, and well-supported stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The place was exactly as pictured. Communication with Karen was clear. She had the nicest touches and thought of little things you may need and possibly left behind. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely book with her!

The place is very spacious/comfortable and it just felt like HOME! My favorite thing about this place is that it has its own parking, and the host is very nice and communicative! I’ll definitely comeback here and refer to my friends, I really had a good time, I wish I can give more than 5-star because it deserves it!!

The stay was amazing! I really loved our host. She made sure we were good and comfortable. We had an issue with the gate, she immediately had someone come out and fix the problem. I would definitely stay there again. If you’re in town for a concert or USC game this your place.
