The host was responsive and kind. Their heating and cooling system were not comfortable to stay. Heating was coming from a unit downstairs so it was hard to warm up the rooms upstairs. We had to leave the doors open to get some warmth. Window AC units were very old and loud. They took a long time to cool down the rooms.

Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We had a later flight on the day of checkout, and she was kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made our travel day much smoother. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint/Convenient Beachhouse

Great location in Naples. Easy walk to restaurants and bars. Has a nice pool with a Jacuzzi, which we enjoyed it immensely with our children. Communication with the owner was great. Just a personal preference but we didn’t really care for the Febreze all over the beds and pillows. Other than that thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great for a girls weekend

We had a fun weekend with 5 of us staying for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the downtown location and having so much accessible by foot. We paid extra to heat the pool and we had it really nice and warm. The hot tub is as small as it looks in the pictures but that was expected; it fits 3 adults. It also did not get as hot as some of the girls wanted but it was warm enough to be enjoyable!! House is clean and has great charm.

Fun house!

We were from ages 8-78, 3 generations. All were comfortable with sleeping arrangements and the pool was a major component of our good time. Worth paying to have it heated. Food shopping and many good restaurants to choose from close by. Hot very helpful.

Beach Bungalow with a Pool

The property is cute, comfortable, well located, and well appointed. Near beaches, stores, and restaurants, and to top it off, there is a pool and spa. You cannot ask for more. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

Our stay at the Naples house was perfect. It is located to so many things within walking distance. Susana was prompt with communication and the pool was heated and so perfect to take a dip in after a long day of walking around. I would definitely stay here again, the house has everything you need to be comfortable.

Christmas w the In-laws

Easy check in, was allowed in early and extremely friendly host who is also a great communicator. The heated pool was spectacular and our kiddos spent hours a day with all the included pool toys. Amazing location to look at the canal lights in the Naples area and 5 min stroller walk to Mothers Beach (we did this three times). So so glad we had this place!

A wonderful holiday in Naples (Naples, Long Beach, not Naples, Italy!)

Coming from New Hampshire, my husband and I were visiting my Los Angeles-based son, his wife, and their 1 year old daughter. We wanted to treat them to a relaxing break from LA's summertime heat and smog. This home and location were just what we had in mind. We could walk or drive the half-mile to nearby grocery stores like Whole Foods. The large, well-appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals which we ate poolside. (We didn't sample the many restaurants, also within walking distance, largely because we had a baby in tow). The living room has an enormous sectional sofa where all 4 of us could comfortably sit and read or chat once the baby went to bed. Early mornings, we often walked to Mother's Beach, only a block away. Afternoons, we strolled the Canals or the boardwalk along Shoreline Drive, or visited sites such as the Aquarium. As promised, parking was a breeze. We kept one car in the garage, and the other right in front of the house. Even on the weekend, when crowds were thickest, we found free parking a mere block away. We opted not to have the pool heated; and the water was the perfect temperature for us (then again, we are from New Hampshire, those used to warmer water may have found it a bit bracing). We weren't bothered by traffic on nearby 2nd Street due to the white noise from the very effective and efficient room AC units. The front door lock took some getting used to, it's a little wonky; but by Day 2 we were all pros. We'll be back!

Everything about the place is top shelf. The location is awesome. To be that close to all of the 2nd and pch areas but off the main road that it feels secluded. No complaints.

Comfy and fun stay!

Our family enjoyed the house and especially the heated pool and hot tub! Spacious inside and nice electronic amenities too (like Roku’s on both TVs). Terrific communication from Susana, don’t hesitate to stay here in this central location to all fun things in LA and Disney!
