Family Vacay

Very clean and comfortable! Not too far from universal studios. We were always happy to come back to the house at end of the day. Safe neighborhood and comfortable beds. Will definitely plan on staying again.

Amazing and memborabke

The location of this property is great, in a nice quiet neighborhood in a centeral location to everything we wanted to experience in LA. The property is incredibly kept up and clean and very up to date, but i think the best part about it is the customer service. The communication was precise and on point and Rosie was always avaiblable when needed. She also immediately got us all the info we needed to be able to access the property upon our reservation being confirmed. I would stay here again 100 times over.

LA trip June 2024

We loved our trip to LA. This was our first trip there and we loved the location of your property and it fit our needs perfectly. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and looked newly remodeled and very bright and clean. Rosie was great at communicating and the check in process was very easy. I highly recommend this location if you are making a trip to the LA area. I would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to LA.

Cozy, Comfy and Safe

My husband and I came to LA from Vermont for the 1st time in order to visit our son who has a summer internship in Monterey Park at the Children’s Law Center. He and his partner were able to stay with us and he had an easy commute to work for the week. That’s saying a lot considering the LA traffic we experienced! The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we could have dreamed of needing. It was very clean and well appointed. My husband and I walked around the neighborhood a few times and always felt safe. Again, not always a feeling I head when venturing out into LA and the surrounding area. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Need help finding place for hospital stay

The whole experience was excellent from the first minute after we booked Vrbo accommodations. Immediately emails and welcome emails with all the specific instructions. The house was easy to access and we entered an extremely well kept clean accommodations! The cabinets, dishes were clean and towels provided and bathrooms cleaned. We instantly felt at home! There was a garage so our cars were safely garaged during the night although the neighborhood was not alarming at all. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in hospital close by or for any of the theme parks like Disneyland or Universal Studios as close to most of them. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Nice clean house with cute private patio

We loved our stay here. This was an ideal location for our family trip which was spent visiting amusement parks. Communication with Rosie was great and she provided us with everything we needed. My family loved sitting on the patio in the mornings. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to relax after we returned each evening. It was only a short walk to a shopping center which had a wonderful dim sum restaurant. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We would definitely come back again.

Cute and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay in Monterey Park in this cute and cozy rental. Perfectly located about 30 minutes between Burbank airport and Disneyland. Everything in the rental was nicely labeled and easy to understand. The beds were very comfortable! Comfy beds make a huge difference when you're staying multiple nights. They supply basic toiletries in the bathroom in case you may forget anything. The supply of baby/toddler items (high chair, toys) was very helpful to have for our 1.5 year old. Would recommend this place!

Fantastic!

As we were driving away from the house heading back home, my kids shouted, "bye house, thank you! we love you!" Enough said! The house was FANTASTIC! Super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Every night we slept like babies and agreed the beds were the best we slept in from a rental. We appreciated being near all the good, authentic food in Monterey Park with some walking distance or just a short few minutes drive. The nearby park was a quick way to get some wiggles out before a home cook dinner and had such a community vibe to it. Rosie was very easy to work with and even responded to me late night when I couldn't figure out where a light switch was hiding. Overall, we would LOVE to stay here again.

Wonderful little place near many activities.

Rosie’s place was ver y clean and well kept. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio the first evening we arrived. We found this was a good entrap spot with a great grocery stores and a starbucks close by. It is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet after long days at amusement parks. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was so easy to check out at the end of our stay. Our entire group was so happy with the stay we will definitely be back. For reference: a morning drive to universal was just about 30 minutes from door to park. It was perfect for us to avoid being near the noise at night. From here we reached Santa Monica pier in about 20 minute and Buena Park in about 40 minutes. We did more than we normally do in a trip and it was so nice to be centrally located!

Clean house but Airwick Overkill

It was great to find the house so clean upon arrival. However, we all sensed a very strong smell. At first we thought it was cleaning products. Several of us have really bad allergies and the smell was so strong we had to go outside and open the windows to air out the house. But this didn’t help. Our daughter discovered an Airwick plugin so we unplugged it and took it outside. But we were still sneezing and getting headaches so we searched each room and found FOUR more Airwicks! For a house this size that is just too many. Just miserable for allergy sufferers. Other than that our stay was nice. Rosie was great about answering our questions. It’s always difficult to cook a Thanksgiving meal in a VRBO because you don’t know how well the kitchen is stocked. I did have to bring my own mixer, roasting pan, and baking sheets. A couple of things that would have allowed me to give 5 stars: The towels were super cheap and each person only got 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a 4 night stay so we had to wash towels frequently. I’m fine using a towel twice, but I do like a clean washcloth each day. There were also no bath mats or bath mat towels to step onto after a shower. The 2 kitchen towels were microfiber and didn’t dry the dishes at all. And no dishcloths at all. Just a small sponge. There is not enough silverware for 6 adults. The primary bedroom with the king sized bed is not the room that has the attached bathroom. It’s in the secondary room with 2 Queen beds. Not a problem, just odd. Overall it was a great family time. But really thankful for the cleanliness. Not all VRBO’s are well cleaned.

Excellent Place!

This is a great house for families. It is located in a good neighborhood and a short 20 minute drive from Dodger Stadium. We will definitely stay here again!
