I recently rented this home in Malibu to host my brother’s Celebration of Life, and I cannot say enough about how meaningful the experience was. The property was absolutely beautifu peaceful, spacious, and perfectly set up for gathering family and friends during such an emotional time. The view and atmosphere truly helped us create a warm, memorable day to honor my brother.The host was accommodating and understanding, which made planning so much easier in the midst of grief. Beautiful Scenery

The property is as shown in the photos. The owner is very responsive at any time and helpful with any questions. The kids/teens loved it and had a great time. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

We went for my twin sister’s 50th birthday end of October and the views and stay were great. We appreciate the quick responses when we had small issues like for the coffee maker other than that everything was great and we will probably consider this property for anyone looking to stay in Malibu

Great House and even better in person

We rented this Malibu home for an entrepreneur retreat with nine people, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The house was incredibly spacious, giving everyone room to spread out and relax. Its location was also ideal—just nine minutes from PCH, making it convenient yet still very private. Austin and Michelle, the owners, were fantastic to work with. They were flexible! It was also super convenient that one of the owners lives on the property in a guest house, so whenever we needed anything, she was quick to help. Michelle went above and beyond by providing extra trash bags and paper towels, and even added an extra mattress in the master bedroom so we could accommodate everyone. Only two people had to use an air mattress, which was a small compromise given how comfortable the rest of the home was. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place for a small group retreat or gathering.

This house and host is the best of the best I wish we can give them a 10 star review not only a 5 star. Austin was amazing and easy to work with from the beginning till the end. The house itself is beautiful and the location is GOLD. We will definitely be coming back again and looking forward to it.

bachelorette weekend

I booked this house for my bachelorette trip and it was perfect! I had decorators come in before check in and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The house itself was super clean and spacious, secluded but close enough to restaurants/activities. My friends and I will be talking about this house for the rest of our lives 😂 Thank you for everything, Austin!

Perfect relaxing getaway

My group and I had the best stay at the property! The pictures online hardly do it justice - the rooms, the views, the pool - everything was perfect. Austin was quick to respond and was extremely accommodating throughout the booking process and our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect for Family Gathering

We really enjoyed our long weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. The views and ambiance of the house were fantastic. The kitchen and family room looked out over the pool and spa area and beyond that, the ocean. There was a pool table in the family room that was in play most of our stay. I would recommend this house for adults guests/older children. The drive up the canyon might be dicey for some but not a problem as we brought food and cooked our meals, so stayed at the house most of the time. Beaches are about 10-15 minutes away. Overall a great experience in this home!

Wonderful place for a girls weekend!

The Malibu Villa was awesome and Austin was a great host! We would highly recommend staying here. The house was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the pool and the amazing views.

Amazing Malibu Getaway

My family of 7 spent a wonderful long weekend celebrating my 60th birthday at this amazing Malibu estate. This home is absolutely beautiful and is loaded with every amenity you can imagine. My family loved the pool area and billiard table, and the views were stunning. Looking forward to our next opportunity to rent this incredible home.

Amazing Malibu Retreat

Amazing View, Amazing Home!

We loved our stay! The home and views were just as pictured and described. The pool and spa were great. Amazing linens and towels provided. Well appointed kitchen. Did I mention the views 😍. The host was helpful, responsive and the home itself was very private and comfortable. It is a bit of a drive up the canyon but well worth it for the serenity and beauty of nature. Definitely would recommend to anyone. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

What a gorgeous house overlooking the ocean! It was perfect for a girls’ getaway and equipped with everything we needed and more - from the pool/spa to the pool table to the fire pit to the gourmet kitchen. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, if not, permanently!
