I stayed at this location for 18 days. Location is excellent! I would definitely recommend for short term but not for long-term. The person in ADU made it difficult with parking very selfish when parking in the drive way. On thurs and fri had to move car early in the morning due to sweepers and not able to park in drive way.Home was not very clean, vent had not been cleaned in months and dust bunnies flying everywhere. Description is incorrect.3rd room does not have a queen, its a futon. No black out curtains, kitchen missing basic items like can opener, wine opener and other basic necessities. Bed in 2nd bedroom was very squeeky and uncomfortable. Faucet handles fell off in bathroom. Contacted host for these items and he adressed the facuet handles and electrical issues. No gas tank for promoted fire pit.We cleaned prior to departing but couldn't throw away left over food in trash cans because they were broken and host didnt know when the trash came by. Drawers in bathroom fall out.I did love the ability to pay for early check in and host did provide a late check out, considering i just had major surgery. Thank you! Short term stay would have been great but definitely not long term. Hoping things improve for the next renters because the location is excellent and has a lot of potential. Alex is very nice and accommodating but definitely disappointed in many things.
