Paradise

The views of San Fernando Valley are priceless, the pool deck surrounded by beautiful flora, and it served as the absolutely perfect location for visiting everything near the Hollywood area. It was a joy to sit outside and watch the hawks, doves, ducks fly overhead during the day and the planes landing in Burbank at night. And Raffi couldn’t have been a nicer host. Many thanks for memories!

Stunning View!!!!! Amazing Pool & Hot Tub!!!!!!

I spent every minute outside around the pool in awe of the view. There are multiple sitting areas, beautiful plants surrounding the property, and just the sound of nature was captivating! The host Raffi is on point with anything and everything! My visit had to end too quickly but I'll be back!

4 Days in LA with Friends

We stayed at Raffi’s place with friends (4 adults and 5 teenagers) for 4 nights. The place was beautiful and well kept. Raffi was extremely responsive to any requests. The hot tub was terrific, especially with the cooler weather. All in all 5 stars! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect LA Vacation Home

Our family of four loved our stay at this amazing vacation home. Everything was perfect. The house is spacious, high-end, and spotlessly clean, yet welcoming and super comfortable (our daughters were distraught to leave). And those views! Stunning panoramic views of Los Angeles and the surrounding mountains. The house is perfectly situated: convenient to everything, yet completely private and serene. The pool was a delight. Lastly, it's hard to overstate what a lovely host Raffi is: so kind, caring, and thoughtful. Such a wonderful getaway; we can't wait to return.

A Great Family Stay

Great spot to explore Universal and Downtown

Raffi was a wonderful and accommodating host from start to finish. We would stay again. Our group was made up of 8 of us (3 adults, 2 teens, 2 year olds and a 7 year old). We all fit in comfortably. We didn’t use the kitchen must but it was great for family breakfasts. We used the pool and hot tub each night - great way to get unwind after a long day of fun! We didn’t have a car but Raffi helped with a quick first grocery shop and Ubers were easy. He also suggested some good places to eat (Lebanese down the road was great). The house was a great spot from which to visit Universal Studios and Hollywood. We also went to the zoo, caught a basketball game in Downtown and explored the surrounding areas (Little Tokyo was great). Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! The views and pool are unbeatable. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Raffi was always available to answer any questions and stopped over to help us with whatever we needed. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Amazing view and location to enjoy Los Angeles

This property is the perfect place to stay while visiting LA. It has amazing views and it is not far away from anything you decide to do. Also, the host is great with communication so if you need to reach out for anything he will respond in a timely manner. This place is the all around perfect place to stay. A Little piece of tranquillity

We stayed in the villa for 1 week. We wished it could have been so much longer. The property was clean and came with all the things you need for a great holiday. Raffi was amazing and very helpful and was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. My only thing I would change would be extra lighting in the garden in the evening as it was very dark to sit and eat outside and as it is a family friendly villa, I would probably change one of the bedrooms into 2 proper single beds rather than a sofa bed. Other than that, the property was amazing and will for sure rent it again when I go back. Thanks Raffi.

Great house and amazing view

We had a great time at the house and Raffi was a wonderful caring host. The house is very comfortable, enough room for a large family or group, large pool and spa with amazing views, lots of privacy yet close to everything you need. We will definitely be back.

best staycation in LA!

Raffi and I are now good friends! he even offered to come over one afternoon and cook the best meats for us! he is knowledgable about the area and will make many good recs for you. The view is unlike anything else on that side of the hill!
