It was in a super location with shops and cafes nearby and the responsiveness of the owner was wonderful. It was small but everything was nice and clean.

The unit itself was fine, but the host interaction and check-in process were extremely frustrating.The entry instructions were never sent with the confirmation message through the app, so I had to reach out to the host. He immediately sounded irritated that I contacted him and insisted he had already sent the information, which he had not.When I arrived, the door code didn’t work. The assistant tried walking me through using the keypad even though I explained I’m very familiar with these locks. The first code didn’t work, the second code didn’t work, and eventually the owner called sounding angry and saying he owned the whole building and the one next door, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful. He eventually unlocked the door remotely after several failed attempts, which made me late for an online appointment.After I got inside, he called again just to tell me I must have entered the code wrong and that it had to be my fault.The next day the code I was given still didn’t work and had to be changed again. That final code worked for the remainder of the stay.Additionally, a neighbor’s visitor repeatedly blocked the alley with their car while playing loud music and smoking outside until other cars honked for them to move.The unit itself was acceptable, but the communication and access issues made the overall experience unpleasant.

Literally 2 minute walk to the beach, didn’t use a vehicle the entire week. Didn’t need one. 12 minute walk to all the local shops/resturants. Property manager always responded quickly, entire neighborhood seems like good, friendly people. Would love to be back. Thanks for making our first Vrbo experience a good one

Great location next to beach. Only complaint was sleeper couch was uncomfortable. No padding on matress make it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there.

Simple Stay. Perfect location.

The property is a well stocked efficiency. Perfect for 1-2 people. I have stayed before with my partner at the time and used to pull out couch. We had plenty of space for both us and out stuff. This time it was just me and the couch was comfortable enough to not mess with the pull out. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach. Or a 3 min walk to 2nd street with restaurants, bars, and a rite aid. Street parking is free and I never had issues finding something close.

Awesome Stay in Long Beach!

My partner and I have never been to California before and had to book something quick for a festival we were attending. This spot was perfect for us two as a home base. The place is a little small, but we really didn’t need much space as we weren’t spending much time there besides to sleep. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe; there were multiple times where my partner and I walked to 2nd street for food and a drinks at night and felt really comfortable. The beach is a block down; one side is a dog beach and the other for the public. It was perfect for dog lovers like us who missed our dogs at home. The parking is a little dicey with street parking but we were always able to find a spot. Overall, an absolutely wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you!

As described

This studio apartment was listed accurately. It's very small, clean, and located in a quiet residential area but within 8 mins walking distance to restaurants, cafes and bars and 2 mins from the beach. Kayak rental is available at the beach for $14/hour. Uber from LAX cost us approx $85 each way. We also used Long Beach Public Transit to get around town. It's reliable and only $1.25 per person!

Small place on the beach!

A small, cute, clean pad by the beach. The couch bed isn't the best but it's in a great spot that has everything you could need and more! I enjoyed my stay here.

Excellent location near the beach!

Property is in an excellent location between 2nd St in Belmont Shore and the Pacific Ocean! Ability to walk to most places. Perfect size and well planned for 2 people or less.

This is a very small VRBO - with a pullout couch. The TV was very difficult to maneuvered, all we wanted was regular TV!! No dishwasher. No outside seating. Gerald could have left coffee filters, maybe one for each day. Perhaps even a bottle of wine. The cleaners came at 10:00 am when we were advised check out 11:00 a.m. Will not recommend this VRBO.

A walk to the beach

We definitely enjoyed our stay here very convenient location, the beach is a short walk across the street, the place was clean and cozy the only thing is that parking suxz very limited but other then that great place to stay.
