  • This is a beautifully renovated large studio apartment! It is literally steps from the sands of the beach in Belmont Shore! The unit has been extensively renovated including kitchen, flooring, lighting, and finishes. It has all new stainless steel appliances including stove, fridge and microwave. It also has a newly renovated bathroom with gorgeous tile. It is just a couple blocks from the famous "2nd street" that offers dinning, shopping and a terrific nightlife. There is street parking only.

It was in a super location with shops and cafes nearby and the responsiveness of the owner was wonderful. It was small but everything was nice and clean.

I echo a lot of what has been said in other reviews about how comfortable this place is. I'd add it's well appointed. Meaning the space is used so well. Everything you need is fingertips away.

A walk to the beach

We definitely enjoyed our stay here very convenient location, the beach is a short walk across the street, the place was clean and cozy the only thing is that parking suxz very limited but other then that great place to stay.

Great cozy rental apartment

We loved staying here! It was the perfect place to stay if you are out exploring LA and LB all day/night. Close the beach.

Small place on the beach!

A small, cute, clean pad by the beach. The couch bed isn't the best but it's in a great spot that has everything you could need and more! I enjoyed my stay here.

Really close to the beach

I've stayed here twice now. The sofa bed isn't incredibly comfortable, but the overall stay is so worth it.

Great location next to beach. Only complaint was sleeper couch was uncomfortable. No padding on matress make it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Already Rebooked!

This little spot is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, nightlife and the beach. Communication was always quick and easy. Very clean and cozy spot. Perfect for our stay.

Best Southern California experience you could ever hope for!!!

The property is extremely clean and very nicely renovated. Absolutely everything you need is supplied. Walking distance to the most amazing beaches and restaurants. I am definitely visiting again!!! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

The property manager and the owner are very accommodating and friendly. The place is immaculate and updated very nicely. Great location near beach and walking distance to 2 st.

It’s cute but not fancy. The kitchen was sort of minimally configured, glasses, flatware, etc., but was completely functional. The bed isn’t great but was okay for a few nights (the space cries out for a Murphy Bed.) It’s off the alley so there were some flies and a view of trash cans, but the price was okay and the location rocked. I would totally return next time I’m down there.

Property is in an excellent location between 2nd St in Belmont Shore and the Pacific Ocean! Ability to walk to most places. Perfect size and well planned for 2 people or less.

Overall it was a cute clean spot. The bed was not so comfortable but other than that everything went well. Easy check in made it quick, which was very nice.

Perfect Location

This property is a gem in Belmont Shores! Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, beach, and surrounding neighborhoods. The property is clean and well-kept. William and Gerald were quick to respond when needed. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

My boyfriend and I really enjoy this place, we've stayed twice now. Great for two people and had everything we needed. Parking is tough to find and pay attention to the street sweeping signs. Make sure to walk down the alley next to the building, the unit is at the very end by the alley. Love this place!
