The property is in a nice enough neighborhood close to grocery stores and pharmacy. Just a short drive to the pier. I came here with my family (2 children) and it was very comfortable.

Great visit

The property was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the little patio and it was a bonus to have a full size washer and dryer. There were also beach towels which was a plus. We got there very late but we were able to get in without difficulty. It was a little hard to see the house numbers in the dark because they are posted on part of the building that is not illuminated. Overall it was a great location.

Family farewell

Little did we know that one week after our visit to see our ailing sister, she would pass. In retrospect, this home was logistically perfect for our nightly family dinner as our sister could be comfortable on the reclining leather couch while we sat at the dining room table. The four evenings the five of us spent with our sister will always be a memory that we cherish in a very special way. The first floor layout of the house made it possible for us to have this memory.The appliances in the kitchen were top of the line and all worked well. This allowed us to cook dinner and celebrate the Easter holiday with traditional foods. However the number of plates, salad plates, bowls was limited to the number of guests who were staying in the home. While the rooms are spacious and accommodating, and the sheets were superb, towels were less so and toilet paper was in short supply. We appreciated the kitchen cooking pots and sharp knives. We recommend that dishcloths be added as the small sponge provided was insufficient to properly clean surfaces. Of particular note was the beauty of the side outside area - especially in the evening. All in all, this was a lovely home and in retrospect accommodated our visit better than we could have anticipated. The neighborhood is quiet and accessibility to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods , Tartine's and other lo9cal eateries is within short walking distances. The location is ideal and parking was never a problem.

Beautiful home

This place was so beautiful and cozy. We loved the safety of it, the interior design, and how clean it was. We especially loved the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

A real gem

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful place. Excellent location for us and plenty of street parking. The beds were very comfortable and we had all the kitchen equipment we needed. Just an excellent place we would revisit if the occasion arose.

Perfect in all ways

We stayed at this property for our daughter wedding.We had family come and go for the wedding, but this property was perfect for us. It was very spacious, clean, bright and the location is great, near Whole Foods and Trader Joe. We love it, it was perfect.Thank you!Camy and family

Beautiful home and excellent host

The experience was excellent… the home is very well kept with a great location, very close and accessible to so many things… very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciate the high level of communication along with clear and concise instructions. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect home for us

we were 2 couples staying in the santa monica area with a car and this was perfect for us. We could walk to whole foods and trader joes and drive to beverly hills, dinners on the beach, shopping etc. Home was super clean and very comfortable. Highly reccommend!!

Haven!

It was unbelievable peaceful! It's only a block off of Wilshire Ave, near Whole Foods, and you'd think it would have been noisy, but it was very, very quiet. It was an absolute haven for our group at the end of a long day. The place was spotless and they've thought of every detail. I don't have even one negative thing to say. I had the master suite, with it's gorgeous lighting, high ceiling and giant bathtub. It was all so comfortable and comforting to come back to during a rather stressful week. Felt like home!

Loved this place!! 10/10 recommended!

We LOVED this home!! It felt so quaint. The rooms were so cute, and the beds were very comfortable!! Kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities too as we did some light cooking for breakfast. Location was central to a lot, and a short walk away from Whole Foods for groceries!! Anywhere we needed to go was a short drive away too so that was a plus. Host was super sweet, and ensured our stay was comfortable. 10/10 recommend and will book this place again if I return to Santa Monica! Fit my family of 4 perfectly.

They thought of everything

We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Monica. The owner and manager of this property thought of everything. The house was spacious, fully stocked, clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. It is well located, within walking distance of restaurants, stores and a Whole Foods. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun with family

The house is exactly as described and perfect living space for the six of us who stayed there. The host was incredibly communicative and answered all of my questions right away. We were able to go food shopping at Trader Joe’s to get snacks and drinks for the house and parking was never an issue. The only suggestion I would make is a few more drinking glasses In the kitchen. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Beautiful home and wonderful stay

We walked in the door and both said “wow”! The home was very clean and very nicely decorated. TV’s in all bedrooms, living room and family room. Adequate paper products and towels, comfy bed, great showers, and a very large space overall. The little outside garden is very nice but it was too chilly to sit out and enjoy it. The neighborhood felt very safe, and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Walgreens and several restaurants a block away. Ample parking on the street as well. Host was great! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, spotless, wonderful location

I can’t overstate how pleased we were to find this house. It exudes quality from the moment you walk in. The beds are extremely comfortable, the area is quiet and exclusive, it is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, and we loved the patio area and front entrance with all the plants and flowers. The most commendable thing however, was how absolutely spotless and immaculate it was, even the inside of the dishwasher door was gleaming and no dust to be seen anywhere (I’m aware I sound OTT but honestly it had to be mentioned!) Thank you to Mia, not only for the house, but also for her attention to detail and her first class communication.
