Privacy: Your accommodation is Unit A, attached to the main house with its own entrance, located right off the patio. The property has 3 units — the Main House at the front and Unit B in the backyard are private (no entry). Your space is entirely your own.





Outdoor: Shared backyard and patio with a garden, gazebo, outdoor chaise lounge set, and table — enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The home does not have central AC, but comes with AC units for cooling during the summer months.





Parking

Free street parking is available around the property. Please keep the driveway clear — it's reserved for the main house. Street cleaning runs Wednesday and Friday, 11:00 AM–1:00 PM: on Wednesdays please park on the opposite side of the street, on Fridays back on the house side. Just check the posted signs and you're all set — message us anytime if you're unsure. There is a beautiful, newly built walking trail 100 ft away, perfect for morning or evening walks.
