Bottom line, we would gladly stay here again. Off street parking, walking distance to very good restaurants and next door to a grocery store all helped make it a perfect place for us. The fresh fruit from the property they provided and snack bowl were big pluses. We would recommend it to friends.

Ken is a great host. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Great location, particularly if you'll be going to different parts of Los Angeles and you'd like a central location. We'd definitely stay again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean!! The location was perfect and close to all of the sites that we wanted to visit in LA. Ken was a great host and my only regret was that we didn't get to spend more time chatting with him.

This property was in the perfect location for our visit to LA. Ken greeted us and gave us the lay of the land. The house was clean and well maintained with proximity to all the major sites around town. We have already said that we would happily stay again on our return visit to Los Angeles. Had a wonderful stay with my two daughters in this charming art deco property. Tastefully decorated, well equipped and great communication/responsiveness from owner. Cute yard and gated for privacy and safety. On a quiet street close to all amenities, restaurants, and a Whole Foods within a 5-minute walk.

Absolutely loved this place and made for a great vacation in LA. The place was super clean and the beds with memory foam were super comfortable. Loved the decor, and the lemon tree out front. Everything was as advertised. You have the whole place to yourself, with comfortable living space between the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. We enjoyed a couple evenings outside on the patio as well. Ken was responsive to our questions, and was incredibly warm, relaxed, and welcoming for our stay. He met us at the gate as promised, and had a backup plan in case there were unexpected delays. The location was perfect, as we were 30 minutes from everything we wanted to see (Getty center, studio tours in Burbank, Griffith's observatory, Santa Monica Pier, and Downtown LA, while the Hollywood walk of fame, Beverly Hills star gazing, LA Farmers market, Petersen auto museum and La Brea Tar Pits are even closer, and great restaurants are everywhere). It was also so nice not to have to worry about parking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering a trip to LA.

My wife and a friend of ours were traveling together. An ideal two bdrm unit, each with ensuite, made it easy to hang out together and also maintain privacy. An amazing quiet location (between Santa Monica and Sunset Blvds, close to a well-connected metro stop in West Hollywood. Ken, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and ensured our comfort. Enthusiastically recommended. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Location, location, location! This property is close and convenient to go anywhere on our list: Beverly Hills, Madame Tussauds, Walk of Fame, Griffith Observatory, you name it. Whole Foods is next to it. Ken, the property manager was very friendly and considerate. He provided us lots of useful information. He even let us borrow his beach umbrella and chairs so we could enjoy our time on Santa Monica Beach. We’ll choose this property the next time we come to LA!

This property is in a great location central to many of the main sites in LA. Owner was great on check in and very helpful. I would recommend highly. Property also has off street parking which is a big plus.
