Family Trip to Six Flags

We loved the ample space for living rooms and eating rooms. The backyard was nice, too. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about your stay.

The house was very comfortable But, the carpet was extremely bad.Every were there was stains.Look like a dog or cat urineWe like the house but not sure if we would go back due to the carpet.Didn’t want to walk bear footed on the carpet. Shower head in master bed room fell off and text was sent to host George he fix right away. He was extremely nice. Thank you

Quiet and safe neighborhood

Our family enjoyed a weekend visiting sites near Santa Clarita. House was located in a quiet area near all needed amenities. Beds were comfortable and house worked great for our family.

Loved our stay

Absolutely loved our stay here. House was clean, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for my family to spread out. Pool table and video games were a perfect source of entertainment to end our day. Zero complaints. Pictures are an accurate representation of the accommodations. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We had a wonderful time at this California home close to Six Flags.The house was amazing. Plenty of room and nice amenitiesKids loved the pool table too.I wish the unit had more than four washcloths. We had more than four people.Also, we want to use the grill outside but it did not appear to be working and was dirty

Perfect house for the family

We came into town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for our group. It was very comfortable and close to the venue so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. We would recommend this house.

Perfect Family Home Near Six Flags

Good spot for a family

We enjoyed our stay in this Newhall family home. We had three adults, one who was elderly stay for 3 days. Everyone was comfortable in this one story home. We especially appreciated the recliners in the living room. We had coffee in the morning on the outside patio. The home is comfortable and would be a good place for kids too. The house was clean and everything was in working order. It was a good location not far off the freeway and close to a grocery store. Overall a good spot for a family that doesn’t break the bank.

Nice home close to Six Flags

This was a great home away from home while our family visited Six Flags Magic Mountain. We had five teenagers with us and the pool table kept them busy along with the space outside. There was plenty of room for all of us and we had a blast! We highly recommend this home as the host was very kind and responsive. Will plan to return in the future! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Overall setup was perfect and family friendly!

Pros- Close to freeway, clean!!!, open spacious floor plan, washer/dryer, full kitchen, pool table, rooms for all the kids, easy access to the 5 freeway! Felt safe! Close to grocery store and lots to do plus restaurants in Valencia. Good communication with the owners. Lots of board games and video games. Very family friendly! Cons- some wear and tear, but still nice. Crowded neighborhood, but typical for California. This home really had everything we needed and more. We did our laundry, played pool, had breakfast, and baked a pizza in the evening. My teen and adult kids and grandbaby were able to spread out and have space for down time. We had easy access to the freeway to visit Hollywood, Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Pasadena. Recommend this over a hotel!

This was a perfect spot for our trip! We went to 6 flags which is so close! We got rained out our second day, but we had so much fun playing pool and all the games they had and the kitchen was stocked so well and there is a grocery store right around the corner so it was perfect! We will definitely be back!!
