Our stay was BEAUTIFUL. The views are gorgeous and we fell asleep and woke up to ocean sounds daily. The place was clean and comfortable and it was nice to be able to have a bathroom per bedroom. A couple things to add: it’d be nice to have been able to open just a screen door to the balcony instead of all or nothing. We loved the breeze but didn’t want seagulls or bugs flying in. Also, while we knew we wouldn’t have direct access to a beach from the stay, we were hoping to walk to nearby entrances as Google maps hinted was possible, but that was not an option due to storm damage and construction, which was a bummer. Overall though, we had an amazing time and loved hanging out on the balcony with the waves!

SUch a beautiful view greet you as you walk in - all you see and hear is ocean. Very comfortable - you have many places to sit and relax. Lots of room and a great kitchen area. It's easy to be relaxed when all you hear is the ocean. I loved that the bedroom as AC, because it got a little hot in the summer but it was very comfortable to sleep. The hosts answered any questions and requests quickly, which was appreciated.

Beautiful view

Nice location and layout. But the condition of the property was less than ideal. There was a lot of water damage and in one bathroom it looked like there was mold in a corner. Being right on the water this is somewhat understandable but the photos make it look like it’s in pristine condition.

Great stay. Minor Issues

Overall the house and location are amazing and the hosts available and communicative. Two FYIs First, the listing address vs the unit address. This is essentially an attached unit and there a two listing here that apparently share the same listing address. We showed up to the listing address which happened to be the unit next door...with another renter. We had not noticed that the check-in instructions gave a different address. Minor but if I missed it, so might the next person. Second, the unit is pet friendly and with that you can expect some evidence. We are dog lovers, brought our own non-shedding dog, but are actually allergic so sensitive. This time the home was not up to par but hopefully will be in the future.

Heavenly sanctuary

The locale and view from this property is an absolute dream and exactly what we booked it for. It was so beautiful I wished we could stay longer. The only little thing that could have made it even better if it was heated at night time as we found it chilly at night but other than that an absolute dream thank you 🙏

Beautiful beach front property great for family and pups!

We had a wonderful stay here with my husband and parents and 2 pups. The place was beautiful and felt like you were on a ship it was so far over the water. We were able to take our pups to the beach every day as there a small public access beach just a 5 minutes walk down the road. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Host was extremely accommodating. Thank you again for everything!

Great SoCal getaway!

Stunning unit, clean, with a beautiful view. Great communication from property manager and conveniently located. Only drawback is the overall neighborhood quality of Malibu seems to have diminished in recent years.

Peaceful Malibu getaway

This house was exactly what we wanted it to be, bright and cheerful with a patio overlooking the water. You can’t beat that ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Staycation escape

Decided to cool down at the beach for a couple of days. Had a great time, the place is super cute, loved the vibe. You do have to walk a short bit to the beach, but it’s really close and quaint. The have an outdoor shower so you can rinse off. Nice BBQ for our special 4th of July dinner. Beds are comfy. Great stay!

Beautiful house

Loved the house it’s beautiful. The host set up beautifully with a welcome sign and a set table. Checking in and out was easy. However, someone did barge into the house one day and we all got very scared because nobody else is supposed to have the code. We also got charged a crazy amount for “stained towels” when in reality it was just a bit of makeup that shouldn’t have been such a shocker.

Beautiful views in a serene setting

This was the perfect rental to experience the essence of beach life while relaxing in a peaceful and quiet setting. The stunning views from the balcony are breathtaking, especially at sunset, providing the perfect end to a day full of activities. And the joy of waking up to seeing dolphins in the ocean adds an extra layer of magic. The house is well furnished and equipped with all the amenities you could need. I would definitely come back!

Stunning Views

Where do I began, this house was amazing! The views were stunning! To be able to sit on the balcony with a cocktail and the waves crashing at your feet is such a cool experience. Watching the dolphins play in the ocean all day was one of our many highlights! The location is ideal, close to some very nice restaurants and 20 minutes to the Santa Monica pier. The parking is not ideal but you’re in Malibu and there is no ideal parking anywhere so if you plan to stay at the house with more then two people it’s advisable to all come in one car. We truly enjoyed this house and we will definitely be back!
