Wonderful Home!

Our family of 7, 4 adults and 3 teens enjoyed this property for one week while vacationing in the Los Angeles area. Located in a cute neighborhood where we enjoyed walks in the morning and evening. The home was bright and comfortable with a lot of space for hanging out, both indoors and out. The pool and spa is beautiful along with plenty of outdoor seating. Can’t forget the music room, so much fun! The owner was very attentive. Quickly answered any questions we had before and during our stay. The best owner experience I have ever had through our many years of vacation rentals.

Great stay!

We loved this house in Santa Monica - pool and hot tub felt like an extension of the living room. Also bonus music room that was awesome.Very responsive owner and great to work with. Location was very solid- 7 minute drive to the beach and right next to parks.Would definitely return.

Fun little house

The owners take great care of you. That always helps. The house has enough "stuff" (towels, plates, blankets) to make things easy. The hot tub is a great place to relax. The bedrooms are small (no king bed) but comfortable. It's great for a family or a small group of people who like each and want to hang out together. And the added treat of having a soundproof music studio with a drum set is amazing.

Amazing house

The house has was better than the pictures. It was great for our family vacation to LA. Great location. Close to the beach, Santa Monica and Venice. Also, we were able to take day drips to Disneyland and Legoland. The pool was also nice and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. It was a hit for the whole family.

Fabulous Family Stay

The manager was very attentive to our needs. All 10 of us, ages 8 to adult, enjoyed the property. Everything we needed was supplied. The pool was the best and the living area was big enough for all to hang out and watch the Olympic Opening.

Great house with pool and music studio

Enjoyed our stay. Nice residential area but close to Venice beach and Santa Monica. Kids loved the recording studio and pool is great to have. Some useful stuff provided such as tea and coffee. A slight issue was responded to.

Home away from Home!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this place. The host was very accommodating and made sure that everything was just the way we liked it. The location was so convenient to Venice, Santa Monica and Malibu Beach. We enjoyed every day seeing something new and coming back and relaxing in the pool and hot tub! My entire family said they can’t wait to come again. Thanks for making it such a rememberable experience for us!

Long weekend with family

The house was exactly as advertised and we truly enjoyed it. The property manager made the check in process streamlined and easy. The only minor drawback was the TV with Apple TV as the solution and the WiFi seemed to not be quite strong enough to stream the basketball game.

A gem in a wonderful Santa Monica suburb

This was a great find. A wonderfully appointed house in a leafy neighbourhood - the house had everything you would need. The pool is heated and perfect size (although didn't use it muck due to being cool and overcast - which was quite shock compared to Indio where we came from visiting Coachella and Stagecoach). The kitchen has everything you want including coffee provided FOC and large usable appliances you would expect in the US- including laundry facilities. Parking is easy, there is a carport - but as we had a large vehicle we parked at front (but remember to park facing the right way or you get a ticket as we found out!). Overall a great stay- we were over from the UK and managed to get a lot of collaboration / meetings done in the morning whilst on UK time. Visited some great spots such as Shutters, Malibu Farm and Beach and Brew.

Comfy Well Maintained House

This house is terrific and the pool/hot tub is a real bonus. The living area is nice and open....terrific sunlight throughout. The kitchen well stocked. Updated bathrooms with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bedrooms.The outdoor space is beautiful. Easy to get anywhere on the Westside. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome house!

I went to LA to visit my brother with my parents and three children 6 and under. The house was perfect for all ages! The neighborhood was great, the house was very well stocked with everything we needed, the hosts checked in to make sure all was well. Excellent service and an excellent house! We hope to rent again on our next west coast trip!
