We were there for a wedding, the house was perfect choice. Did not have to deal with LA traffic. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies. Very impressive! Host was nice and responsive to questions. Would definitely be back.

What a warm and welcoming place! The host made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay while maintaining our privacy. The house is as beautiful as it is in the pictures, while still accommodating for a family with kids. The kitchen is very well stocked for family meals and even had a juicer for fresh squeezed California OJ in the morning! Thank you for everything.

This house gives classic CA vibes and provided a clean, comfortable stay. Great location which allowed us to visit various areas with ease. We all loved the outdoor area with the pool and hot tub. Hostess was friendly and very responsive. We loved this place and will be back.

Absolutely Wonderful

From reservation to checkout this trip was a complete pleasure. The property is fantastic. First, the yards are amazing. Beautiful. And the pool/spa combo completes the backyard oasis. Next, the kitchen is so well stocked. Every tool/utensil you could possibly need to create a gourmet meal for friends or family. The bedrooms are a great size and very comfortable. The bathrooms, well, they are bathrooms and they work as bathrooms should. Everything was clean and well cared for. Also, there were plenty of towels. For inside and out, not just your basic towels, but nice towels. But to top it all off, the property manager, Angelique is amazing. Communication is key and she is great. Helpful and informative as well as accommodating. It’s rare that a place gets an enthusiastic five stars from our whole family, but this property does. Thank you. We will come back.

Only great vibes here 😎

Our family of 5 with teens had a brilliant stay at this charming and gorgeous property. The beds were all very comfortable and the property was pristine. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! The decor is beautiful and all well thought out. Lots of large seating areas to spread out. We particularly loved the outdoor area - it was beautiful and the pool sparkled ! Angelique did everything to make sure our stay was the best it could be ♥️ Thank you !

This house embodied "Love Street" crooned by Jim Morrison of the Doors - love the song & this house!

This was an incredibly peaceful stay. Angelique was a fantastic, positive energy host with a wealth of knowledge to share about the area. The house was immaculately clean, the place felt retro but current (in the best way!) and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The pool at night with the fairy lights lives in my heart. Should you opt for the pool/spa heat, it gets so very warm and is so relaxing! It was sad to leave but we look forward to staying again. 10/10, eight thumbs up from our family of four!

Cozy hideaway retreat

Relaxing stay in Woodland Hills

Angelique was very helpful and welcoming always available for any questions, quick reply back. The property was fully equipped with everything you may need in a home. The neighborhood was lovely and in a great location with short distance to restaurants and grocery store and short drive to the beach. I stayed with my childhood friend and our kids and had the best time watching them spend hours in the beautifully landscaped backyard and salt water swimming pool.

Beautiful Home, Great Neighborhood!

We arrived to find a beautifully landscaped home with an attractive, artsy interior. The home was clean, open and airy, with lots of natural light. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was large and had a six-burner gas stove, ample flatware, cookware and dishes, and even a variety of spices and pantry basics that we could use. The pool and grill were very nice and we used the patio table for dining on several occasions. The caretaker of the property was highly responsive and helpful. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to stay there again!

The. Best. Ever.

This rental is simply the best ever. It was comfortable and fun! I stayed here with my two daughters, my husband, my brother, and my mother and dad. It felt very spacious and we were all VERY comfortable. (Even my brother who slept on the fold out couch!) Angelique is welcoming and the opening tour was fantastic. My family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and spent a lot of time outside. It is beautiful and my kids swam for hours on end. The rental is in a safe neighborhood and it isn't too far from anything. We went to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Disneyland. I wish we would have stayed longer and I want to book again next year.

Terrific and well managed house

Angelique is an excellent property manager. She returns emails promptly and is focused on making sure all guests have a good experience. The house is spacious and well appointed. The hi light is the backyard which has a pool, jacuzzi, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and is beautifully landscaped with a huge beautiful bougainvillea, palm trees and lots of hummingbirds. We hope to return to this wonderful house.

Lovely home and super location in Woodland Hills

The house is just beautiful and actually is even nicer than the photos would indicate (and the pictures are good!). The pool area is very private and the landscaping is gorgeous. Angelique is a wonderful host and very helpful. Great area, close to Malibu and just a lovely getaway. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful stay!!

This house was perfect for our family. It is very comfortable with a great layout and lots of indoor/outdoor space. The kitchen is terrific and has everything you need for every meal. The backyard and pool are beautiful and private. Angelique made check-in and check-out quick and easy. She is very helpful and thoughtful. She is the perfect host and made herself available throughout our stay. I highly recommend this house and Angelique!! We will definitely stay here again! -L

Super Cute "Beach" Cottage

We had a great time staying at this super cute house with its beachy vibe. The backyard/pool area is like an oasis with all the beautiful flowering plants and succulents. The host was very flexible with us rescheduling due to Covid shutdowns. We come to the Valley every 1-2 years to visit family and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful space, caring host

Spacious and comfortable home for our family of four. The pool was really warm which was helpful in chilly February. The house is immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable and lots of good pillows. The neighborhood is quiet and a good base for all things in Santa Monica and northern LA area.

A lovely change of scenery

The house and yard are beautifully maintained. There is so much attention to details. We were 2 adults, 2 teens and our dog. After many months at home in SF, we all just needed a break and change of scenery to continue with remote work and school. The location was perfect and so easy to get to Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, and more. The weather was perfect! The caretaker, Angelique, is awesome! She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and made sure we were comfortable, answered questions and patiently explained the pool and spa directions :) The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you could want as well as basic supplies like oil, spices, and condiments. The outdoor area was beautiful with the lighting and landscaping. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, pool floats and an outdoor grill. The beds were all so cozy and comfortable. It was just what we all needed and we hope to return soon! One of my favorite VRBO houses for sure!

Highly recommended!

My wife, 3 kids and I had a wonderful time at this house. We spent 8 nights here and enjoyed every minute. Angelique, the property manager, was super nice, extremely helpful and accessible any time we had a question. The pool was large, the outdoor space was very nicely landscaped with a lot of privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Woodland Hills is close enough to LA’s Westside and downtown and beaches (all generally 20-30 minutes drive) while having a relaxed vibe. There are many supermarkets, coffee shops and takeout options nearby. We will definitely want to return to this house on our next trip to the LA area.
