  • A beautiful Spanish style 1920`s bungalow with a laid back vibe. An oasis in the middle of the city with a beautifully appointed pool/spa.
    Located in one of LA`s few walkable neighborhoods, the home is walking distance from some of the city`s best cafes, restaurants/bars, and shops.
    Short drive to Griffith Park - the country`s largest urban green space.

    This is a true urban retreat!

    Located in the heart of quaint (but cool) Atwater Village, the home is walking distance from some of the city`s best cafes and restaurants/bars, including a Michelin star sushi bar. Walking distance to amenities like cleaners, post office/UPS, shops, and a neighborhood épicerie with all the needed essentials to avoid a grocery store run. Short drive to Whole Foods/Trader Joe`s, McCall`s meats, and Griffith Park - the country`s largest urban green space. Stay here and enjoy all that this little village has to offer!

    This 930 sqft 2 bedroom/2 bath retains much of its original charm, yet incorporates upgrades such as updated kitchen & baths, central air/heat.

    French doors lead from the spacious kitchen to a deck that`s perfect for BBQ and outdoor dining. Just beyond, a fabulous pool complete with spa, lounge area and outdoor shower provides entertainment areas and plenty of opportunity for extreme relaxation.

    PARKING:
    *Street parking only. Plenty of street parking, almost always in front of the house.
    *Please watch signs for any restrictions. Beware of street cleaning hours, vehicles need to be moved to avoid ticketing.
    *Don`t leave valuables in the car (standard LA safety measures).

    Home Truths:
    *Neighbors with dogs that bark during the day sometimes.
    *Neighbor has a recording studio (across from alley), bass is sometimes audible. Sometimes his artists hang out in the alley at night during their breaks and can be heard. He is usually quick to turn off/be quiet when asked.
    *Property has traffic noise from Glendale Blvd and 5 Freeway that can be heard, especially when windows/doors are open.
    *As it`s true with most of LA, homelessness is present in the neighborhood. It`s important to use your best judgement and lock doors and windows. We recommend keeping back gate locked at all times. Don`t leave windows open when not present.
    *Sensitive plumbing, both toilets clog on occasion so be mindful.

    Pool Heating and Utilities:
    *Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $100/day and hired for the whole stay. Depending on time of the year it can take 2 days to heat the water.
    *Pool heating, when hired, is limited to a max of 84F.
    *Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
    *Please don`t set the AC thermostat below 72F (cooling) since this would freeze and damage the system.

    Please inquire before confirming your booking if you`re not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don`t hesitate to ask them.

    *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
    HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:

    By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined on the Air Concierge website found on footer under “Terms and Conditions: Guest Terms - Air Concierge”, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

    NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

    - All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

    No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
    -Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
    -Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
    -Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
    -This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
    -Landscaping & Pool maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
    -Absolutely no parties or loud music.
    -This is a NON-SMOKING property.

    This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don`t like pets, this might not be a good fit!

    Pet Policy:
    -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats and other animals are not allowed anytime.
    -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
    -Pet fee is required and non refundable: $150
    -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
    -Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.

    If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.

    PET ETIQUETTE:
    - Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
    - Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
    - Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
    - Keep them on leash while outside the home.
    - Always pick up after your dog.
    - Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

    Late Checkout Policy
    Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
    • Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
    • 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
    • More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
    To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.

    Additional Cleaning Policy
    Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.

    Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
    Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
    These may include, but are not limited to:
