Great stay

We had a wonderful stay in this vacation home! From arrival to departure, we wanted for nothing. The house is extremely spacious and offers plenty of room, so we immediately felt at home. The cleanliness was impressive - everything was tiptop and ready for our arrival.The lovely decoration of the house deserves special mention. Fresh flowers in various rooms created a lovely atmosphere and made the stay even more pleasant. The kitchen equipment was great, so we were able to prepare our meals effortlessly - nothing was missing.Another highlight was the fantastic outdoor seating area with a wonderful view. We were able to admire the sunset. All in all, it was a great stay that we will always remember. We can recommend this vacation home without reservation and would love to come back!

Amazing home!

This home has everything you need for entertainment and comfort. Highlight was sitting out by the fire table and watching the sunset with a pizza and bottle of wine. The guys (in their 50's) had daily golf competitions on the arcade game! Communication with our hosts was outstanding! Highly recommend!

So lovely!!

We were in town visiting family and we loved staying at this house! We’ll be back again for sure. Everyone loved it - toddlers, preteens and grownups. We cooked outside on the grill and pizza oven, played on the arcade machine, and we took fun photos as each family member jumped into the pool. We’ll be sure to book next time we’re in town!! Five star review for sure!

Great stay in San Pedro at a beautiful home with pool

We enjoyed the location and amenities of this home for our stay for my son's wedding in Rancho Palos Verdes and reception in San Pedro. The home is well appointed, comfortable, clean with a wonderful outside in flow. Highly recommend to other guests.

Beautiful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks stay in this beautiful home with ocean views. The house was very well equipped and had all the amenities that were mentioned in the VRBO listing. Alex was great to work with and he was always responsive to any questions or needs that we had during our stay. We have family nearby in Palos Verdes so we will be visiting regularly. We fully intend to return to this "home away from home" in the future!

AMAZING PROPERTY AND OWNERS

Everything was absolutely AMAZING. Couldn’t have asked for a better host !! Communication was great and check in was super easy . The house and location was beyond our expectations!! Waking up to endless ocean view’s everyday was beyond what we expected. The host and Property Manager met every need possible. We had the best time and highly recommended Thai property and thank you Alex for everything especially the personal dinner cooked by the amazing chef Alex !! It was definitely one of the best dinner experiences we have had and Alex key lime pie is to die for !! Dr demitris and Alex could not have been better host . There was absolutely not 2 single problem or complaint we could possibly think of !! It was easily a 100 out of 100 experience and highly recommend this property!! Thank you again Alex and Dr.Demitris and family for making everything wonderfull

Wonderful house and service

We had a wonderful time at Peninsula Beach House. From the moment we booked everything was easy and pleasant. There was perfect communication with the host, with house details and extra recommendations and suggestions of things to do in the area and in L.A. The house is wonderful and it was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, from cooking ingredients and basics, to toiletries and cleaning supplies. The open floor plan allowed us to enjoy the daily life as a family, and the outdoors is spectacularly designed to enjoy and entertain. We made asados in the grill and empanadas in the wood burning pizza oven, with a sea view. Alex, the home manager, was ready to help with any details, top service. We loved our stay and we would love to be back soon.

5 College Friends Mini-reunion/Retreat

The process of renting this beautiful home was easy , email communications ( precooking and post booking questions ) responses were prompt . The house is a "mini-resort" 5 star oasis. The perfect place for 5 60+ friends to chillax , lounge in/ by the pool , watching sunsets , eat and be merry. Every amenity was provided for from pool floats to large screen TV for movie night to an outdoor fireplace . The kitchen had everything needed plus an assortment of coffees and teas to start our day. There was a fully equipped outdoor kitchen but If you stay schedule a catered meal ( we had his Argentinian BBQ feast ) by Alex , chef extraordinaire desguised as an easy going house manager. Alex is a gem , congenial and available ( via text/phone and in person if needed ) to us throughout our stay. He met us at check in , explained the details of the house and gave us the tour. We had prearranged an amazing dinner prepared by Alex on the second night of our stay. It was fun to spend time with Alex as he prepared and served our meal . We talked about the style of food and it's preparation with some humor thrown in. The dinner was more than worth the cost ( 5 star dinner in our temporary home ) as we ate the delicious leftovers for the next 2 days. The key lime pie dessert was amazing , consensus was "the best we ever had" and 4 of us had eaten key lime pie in Florida/ Keys. This is a rave review, none of us wanted to leave. Dr. Constantinou , thank you for sharing your home-style resort .

THE most relaxing trip

The property and owners were stellar. The pool was a welcome place to hang out by or in. Although the terrain was more hilly than we are used to, but they the end of the week we were able to walk/run it with ease. An unexpected exercise bonus. The outdoor kitchen was perfect. The kebab grill was perfect for healthy grilling Roxanne had the great suggestion to Instacart groceries on our way from the airport and they arrived within minutes of us arriving to the house. Brilliant! If you are looking for a restful, peaceful and peaceful and quiet spot with amazing sunsets every night, this is the place! Thank you so much!

San Pedro paradise

The house was beautiful and just as described on VRBO. Great location within 1 hour of Hollywood, Beverly Hills, San Diego and incredible scenery all around. Very relaxing and all the amenities you need in a rental. The pool is wonderful .

The property is at least as pictured, but we would say it's even better. The host always available and seemed genuinely interested in us enjoying our stay and having everything that we needed. The house is well stocked, very clean and the outdoor space is really a gem. Would come back anytime!

Awesome Amenities, Clean & Quiet

Lovely home! Outdoor space is awesome. We used the pool, the grills and enjoyed some beautiful views of the ocean from the backyard and front living room. Other notable features were spacious common areas, comfortable beds, and just a short walk to some area parks/beaches. Great stay and would book it again!
