"My family of 5 stayed for a long weekend for baskeball. The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area and loved seeing all the animals around the water, we saw goose and deer. We enjoyed the privacy of the space and the closeness to main street. "

"The Pine Tree Retreat at ADK Getaway was just absolutelty perfect. The cottage was Immaculate, very comfortable and had every amenity you could possibly need. Beth and Chris were by far the best hosts we ever had. They were very kind and concerned about our comfort. We had a wonderful and restful vacation at the Pine Tree Retreat. We cannot thank Beth and Chris enough. We highly recommend ADK Getaway. We will be coming back."

"We originally booked for 3 nights, but loved it so much we extended our stay 2 extra nights. Host was flexible in working with us to negotiate pricing for the extra time. Very responsive, friendly and helpful! Perfect cozy cabin for our family of 5. Cleanliness could’ve been better but nothing major. Microwave handle was broken and legs on the couch were too, didn’t stop our family from having a great time though! Would 100% stay again! "

"We enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting. The cabin is new and nicely appointed. We enjoyed visiting the Almanzo Wilder farm, hiking, and visiting Saranac Lake and the Eisenhower Lock on the St. Lawrence River. Plenty to do, but the cabin is also nice for relaxing. The firepit was great also."

"Property was clean, a nice easy walk down to the lake. Not quite a Lakeview, but still pretty. There is plenty of items that you will need for a property like this that they have provided… Very thoughtful. The only real negative to the property is that it’s pretty dated but very comfortable. "This was the perfect cozy cabin for our winter vacation. It is perfect if you love a private peaceful scene in the woods. About 30 minutes from towns. Very comfortable, and the Mary is incredibly responsive and helpful. We went to towns, ice fishing on the private lake, had ourselves a day catching so many perch, and relaxed by the fire inside. Highly recommend if you like the quietness of the woods and being outdoors as lots of trails and hikes to do as well!"

The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race.
