STAY AWAY! We received a key code to our room from Nadeira 45 mins before checkin. Hours later while already checked in she texted me another key code randomly. She said she received a message on hive saying I had forgotten my code. I never sent her a message. She said to disregard so I did. I then received a text from her saying “I have an idea. Give me a minute” I asked “an idea in regards to what?” she did not respond. A couple of minutes after that I had a man come to our door and try to get in by putting in a key code a couple of times until my husband opened the door and scared him away. I texted Nadeira…no response even though the text showed “read” . I called, no answer. I told her I was close to calling the police…again, read but no response so I called her again and she finally answered. She said she’d have the general manager call me to give me a credit because they had “overbooked” my room and that was why that happened. This man had no luggage and didn’t seem surprised to find guests in the room he had “booked”. I told her I didn’t feel safe and she said “there are cameras all around the property”…..I’m not sure what that would do to keep me safe if someone came into my room but ok. She then called me back herself one minute later with a blocked number and said she couldn’t give me any credit because “she had the man there with her and he said he was not able to get into the room” and then she hung up on me! I never received a call from a general manager.
