"This house is great. Spotless! The front porch size was big for a lower level home - plenty of space. Excellent location. Our weekend ended up being rainy and it was nice to be close to things since we couldn’t get any beach time in. One thing to note - if you have a very large SUV the parking space in the back won’t work but there was street parking that was easy to find. Overall a wonderful home in a great location and we’d be happy to return again in the future!"

"The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out "

"My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!"

"The property was clean and was in a great area. The heating system was excellent and I appreciated having access to the balcony outside of the bedroom. Appreciated having TVs in bedroom and living room. Here are some very minor suggestions: provide extra wash cloths, provide an extra roll of paper towels, an unopened bottle of handsoap for bathroom, pot holders in kitchen, an iron and ironing board. These are minor suggestions but they would not preclude me from reserving property again. "

"Great Location for a quick trip to the Boardwalk for a long weekend! Loved the location, which was easy walking distance to the boardwalk and shops and local places to eat. Clean unit! Heat and A/c available. Very quiet location! The elevator and laundry room was closed for maintenance which posed a minor inconvenience when carry luggage up floor flights of stairs. Covered parking was nice!"

"What an amazing little place we had a great time here in Ocean City. The property had everything that we needed.
