Wonderful accommodations

We had a wonderful experience renting this condo. Very clean and a great location. Jody was extremely responsive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice little getaway

Great little spot for a quick getaway to the beach for a family of four. Loved the location and easy convenience to beach, boardwalk, and shopping/restaurants. Jody was great to work with! Would rent again!

Great first time shore Vacation

Property was well located with two blocks of the beach, nice to have off street parking and even an elevator to make getting our stuff up to the third floor a breeze.

Great Getaway

My husband and I stayed here together for a few day trip to the beach. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We would definitely come back to this property.

Great place!

The condo was a perfect location, close to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Easy check in and check out process. Only a small issue came up during the stay (vacuum broke) and the owner, Jody, was easy to get in touch with and replaced the vacuum very quickly. Great rental!

Great Stay!

Condo was clean, updated, and fit our needs well. Stayed with my family of four. The pull out couch worked great for the kids and the bedroom was lovely for the adults. Kitchen, bathroom, and balcony were all equally nice. Location was perfect. Able to walk to all the main areas. The parking spot was also convenient to the building. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely place, would stay again!!

We loved our stay at this unit, it's so cute and the perfect location! The parking spot is very convenient and there is an elevator which was very helpful carrying our bags to/ from the car. Once we parked we didn't need to move the car since Asbury Ave and the boardwalk were within walking distance. The unit is spacious and perfect for a small family. We will definitely stay again!

Condo room in downtown O.C. New Jersey

The condo room was nice and convenient to all attractions in Ocean City, the boardwalk, Asbury Ave., etc. The host was easy to communicate with and did reach out to me ahead of checking in to let me know the property was available to check into early / and explained exactly the particulars of the check in process which I appreciated and thought it was a nice touch that he did not need to do.

Good trip!

Overall we had a good trip here! The place was cute and it was close to the beach. The listing says it sleeps 5 but it’d be a pretty tight fit if you slept that many. My biggest cons with this place is the water smelled pretty bad (worse than typical Jersey water) and you needed an elevator key every time you went up the elevator. Jody was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

What more can I say?

Comforts and amenities were fine, but we had trouble with heat/AC and TV reception. Jody was very responsive when we needed him.

Location is perfect!

This was our second time to OCNJ for a family vacation and this condo couldn't have been in a better location. One block to the boardwalk and two blocks from the main street shopping/restaurants. Condo was very clean. We weren't in the condo very much as the weather was perfect for our beach vaca! Only drawback was the smell of the hot water. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee/afternoon cocktail and people watching

Everything was so convenient

My wife decided to make a last minute booking by the beach and somehow was fortunate enough to stumble upon this little gem! Jody and his team were super helpful every step of the way and they are proud experts on EVERYTHING in Ocean City! We arrived late, just during dinner and no one made us feel like we were being any inconvenience. We were treated like Family and cannot wait to return each season. One night was NOT enough!

Lovely place, great location - Ocean City NJ

This was a terrific rental, newly updated and very clean. Everything we needed was there, including laundry in the building. Jody (the owner) was responsive. I found the listing misleading -- "penthouse" was a bit much, as it is a 1 BR condo on the same floor with a dozen others. Nice but not really. And we could never use the wifi - Jody provided instructions but they did not work. I'd rent it again.
